NAUGATUCK — The Whittemore Library is featuring the photography of Heather Young this month.

Young, a Naugatuck resident, is a pre-kindergarten school teacher and has been a staff member at the Whittemore Library for 20 years. She is a self-taught photographer who uses a Canon digital point-and-shoot camera, according to a press release.

This month’s exhibit features photographs of Old Sturbridge Village in Massachusetts. One of her photos was chosen for the cover design of the South Central, Massachusetts phone directory. It is included in this month’s display.

The exhibit can be viewed on the Whittemore Gallery wall during regular hours at the library, 243 Church St. For more information, call (203) 729-4591.
