WATERBURY — Mary (Urban) Chlebowicz, 89, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2015 at Cheshire House. She was widow of Stanley Chlebowicz.
Mary was born Nov. 14, 1925, a daughter of the late John and Anne (Ossinhouska) Urban.
She is survived by her nephew, Robert Popow (Gigi) of Scottsdale, Ariz. Mary was predeceased by her brothers, Adam, Frank, Edward and Joseph; and her sisters, Sophie and Pauline (Popow).
All services will be private and internment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Watertown in the family plot.
