BEACON FALLS — The Friends of Beacon Falls Library is seeking teams for the 7th annual Letters for Our Library Scrabble Challenge fundraiser.
Teams of four to six players are invited to play. Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the top three teams and for the top organizational team’s score.
The fundraiser is March 19 at 6 p.m. at St. Michael’s Church, 25 Maple Ave., Beacon Falls. The fee, which includes a light dinner, is $100 to $120 per adult team and $75 to $90 per student team. All registrations with payment are due by March 13. The event is limited to the first 15 teams to sign up.
