PROSPECT — The Chesprocott Health District is holding a refresher class for all qualified food operators and all class three and class four food service establishments in Cheshire, Prospect and Wolcott.
The class is Feb. 23 at the Prospect Firehouse, 26 New Haven Road. It will be offered at three times: 9 to 10 a.m., 2 to 3 p.m. and 5 to 6 p.m.
This refresher class will address the roles and responsibilities that a qualified food operator has in a food service establishment. It is recommended that each food service establishment send their qualified food operator, designated alternate and the owner of the establishment to attend this class.
