WATERBURY — Mr. Earl Frederick Schwartz, 69, of Waterbury, passed away at Waterbury Hospital on Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014.
Mr. Schwartz was born in Naugatuck on Dec. 30, 1944, son of the late Harry Carter Schwartz, Sr. and Bessie (Cagno) Schwartz. He was a longtime Waterbury resident and retired from the Naugatuck Board of Education where he was a custodian at Hop Brook School for 30 years.
He leaves his sister, Sandra M. (Schwartz) Hoffman and her husband, Donald, of Lexington, Ky.; a niece, Stacey Ann Hoffman of Philadelphia, Pa.; a nephew, David Carter Hoffman of Palo Alto, Calif. He was predeceased by his brother, Harry Carter Schwartz.
Earl’s cremains will be buried in the family plot at Grove Cemetery, Naugatuck at the family’s convenience. The Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald Zembruski Funeral Home has been entrusted with his arrangements.
