The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

DAVID ALVIA, 22, of 97 Farmington Ave., Waterbury, was charged Nov. 3 with second-degree harassment.

Police reported on Nov. 3 Alvia was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for harassing phone call complaint reported on Sept. 26, 2014 between former boyfriend and girlfriend. Alvia sent several text messages to the victim calling her derogatory names and causing concern for her wellbeing, police reported. Alvia was given a court date of Nov. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

ROXANA QUINONES, 24, of 57 Lester Drive, Waterbury, was charged Nov. 3 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 3 at approximately 1:03 a.m. officers responded to Walmart for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Quinones hit the victim. Quinones was given a court date of Nov. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ANDREA DECATO, 30, of 321 Eastern St., New Haven, was charged Nov. 4 with illegal use of credit card, conspiracy at illegal use of credit card, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 4 Decato was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for credit card fraud complaint made on Sept. 30, 2014. Police reported Decato fraudulently used someone else’s credit card to make purchases at Domino’s Pizza. Decato was given a court date of Nov. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

JOHN CHACHO, 22, of 182 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 4 with illegal use of credit card, conspiracy at illegal use of credit card, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 4 Chacho was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for credit card fraud complaint made on Sept. 30, 2014. Police reported Chacho fraudulently used someone else’s credit card to make purchases at Domino’s Pizza. Chacho was given a court date of Nov. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

MIGUEL ARROYO, 55, of 39 Horton Hill Road, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 4 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 4 at approximately 3:10 p.m. Arroyo was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Arroyo was given a court date of Nov. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $250 cash bond.

RICARDO ORTIZ, 31, of 5 Windsor Place, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 4 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 4 at approximately 6:50 p.m. officers responded to Windsor Place for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument outside, police reported, Ortiz took the victim’s purse and cell phone. Ortiz then threw the purse at the victim causing the contents to be scattered onto the driveway, police reported. The victim had a scratch near her eye which was caused by the purse. Ortiz was given a court date of Nov. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

BONNIE PACHECO, 49, of 41 Prospect St., Waterbury, was charged Nov. 4 with violation of probation.

Police reported on Nov. 4 at approximately 8 p.m. Pacheco turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Pacheco was given a court date of Nov. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $25,000 surety bond.

ROBERT LOUGHLIN JR., 53, of 784 Andrew Mountain Road, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 5 with first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 5 at approximately 8:08 a.m. Loughlin turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Loughlin was given a court date of Nov. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

VILEM FRUHBAUER, 37, of 238 Platt St., Waterbury, was charged Nov. 5 with leaving child under 12 years old unsupervised.

Police reported on Nov. 5 at approximately 1:20 p.m. officers responded to the parking lot of Bank of America for a child left in a vehicle. Police reported Fruhbauer left a child unattended in a parked vehicle while inside the bank. Fruhbauer was given a court date of Nov. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

The charge filed against Fruhbauer was nolled at Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 16, 2014.

JASON TAYLOR, 31, of 90 Thistle Down Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 6 with interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Nov. 6 at approximately 3:24 p.m. Taylor was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an interfering with an officer complaint, which occurred on Oct. 22, 2014, police reported. The officer was serving an active arrest warrant when Taylor ran from the officer, police reported. The officer was unable to locate Taylor at that time. Taylor was given a court date of Nov. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $10,000 surety bond.

SARAH MONTINI, 34, of 21 Frederick St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 6 with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Nov. 6 at approximately 9:26 p.m. officers responded to 21 Frederick St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Montini pushed the victim. When the officers arrived Montini would not cooperate and ignored the officers’ commands, police reported. Montini was given a court date of Nov. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

BRIAN HOFMANN, 37, of 43 School St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 7 with fourth-degree sexual assault and first-degree burglary.

Police reported on Nov. 7 at approximately 5:23 a.m. officers responded to 43 School St. for a report of a burglary. Police reported Hofmann arrived at the victim’s apartment and entered without being invited. Hofmann was intoxicated and inappropriately touched the victim, who is an acquaintance, police reported. Hofmann was given a court date of Nov. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $20,000 surety bond.

JUAN ROSADO, 27, of 495 Water St., Fitchburg, Mass., was charged Nov. 8 with fourth-degree sexual assault, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a child.

Police reported on Nov. 8 at approximately 3:48 a.m. an officer met with the victim regarding a domestic disturbance between former husband and wife. Police reported Rosado inappropriately touched the victim. During an argument, police reported, Rosado bit the victim. There were children present during the altercation. Rosado was given a court date of Nov. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $50,000 surety bond.

CORY THOMAS, 38, of 143 Quinn St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 8 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 8 at approximately 6:17 p.m. officers responded to 143 Quinn St. 2nd floor for a domestic dispute between roommates. During an argument, police reported, Thomas grabbed the roommate by the arm and threatened to harm her. Thomas was given a court date of Nov. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

MELISSA SCIUTO, 36, of 143 Quinn St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 8 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 8 at approximately 6:17 p.m. officers responded to 143 Quinn St. 2nd floor for a domestic dispute between roommates. During an argument, police reported, Sciuto threw her roommate’s clothing out of a window onto the lawn. Sciuto was given a court date of Nov. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

JONATHAN RESTO, 34, of 25 South Circle, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 9 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 9 at approximately 12:54 a.m. an officer met with the victim regarding a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. Resto punched and kicked the victim, police reported. Resto was given a court date of Nov. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $25,000 surety bond.

GREGORY PADULA, 43, of 67 Carolyn Circle, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 9 with driving under the influence, restricted turn, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive at reasonable distance.

Police reported on Nov. 9 at approximately 1:19 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Prospect Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Padula was operating under the influence of alcohol. Padula was given a court date of Nov. 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

RICHARD LANCI, 18, of 57 Beebe St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 9 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 9 at approximately 6:35 p.m. officers responded to 57 Beebe St. for a domestic disturbance between family members. During an argument, police reported, Lanci punched a door causing damage. Lanci was given a court date of Nov. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

ARAM GROVES, 47, of 39 Simsberry Road, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 9 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 9 at approximately 11:08 p.m. Groves turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance, between father and son, which occurred on Nov. 5, 2014. During an argument, police reported, Groves pushed the victim against a wall. Groves was given a court date of Nov. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 surety bond.
