NAUGATUCK — Mrs. Judith D. (Jimmo) Brault, 67, of Naugatuck, passed away on Oct. 21, 2014 in the VITAS Unit at St. Mary’s Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Duane Brault.
Mrs. Brault was born in Middlebury, Vt. on May 18, 1947 the daughter of the late Wright and Alice (Gilmore) Jimmo. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who cherished spending every possible moment with her family. She was an honorary member of U.S.A. Martial Arts in Naugatuck and the Cheezic Tang Soo Do Federation.
Mrs. Brault is survived by two daughters, Misty Sherman and her husband, Roger, of Naugatuck and Crystal Fortier and her husband, Michael, of Waterbury; two sons, Truman Brault and his wife, Lori, of Waterbury and Duane Brault of Waterbury; three brothers, Wright Jimmo, Donald Jimmo and Todd Jimmo all of Woodbury; 10 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Judith’s Life will be held on Nov. 9 from 1 to 4 p.m. in The Heritage Room at The Heritage Hotel in Southbury. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. The Prospect Memorial Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Road, Prospect is in charge of arrangements.
