Summer food program available in borough

NAUGATUCK — The Naugatuck public school system is participating in the federally-funded Seamless Summer Food Program.

Meals are provided to all children 18 years old and under free of charge through the program. The program begins July 1 and runs weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. through Aug. 22.

Meals are served at the following locations: Hop Brook School playground, 75 Crown St.; Central Avenue School, 28 Central Ave.; Baummers Pond Park, 95 Mill St.; Legion Park, 2 Conrad St.; Andrew Avenue School, 140 Andrew Ave.; City Hill Middle School, 441 City Hill St.; Salem School, 124 Meadow St.; Linden Park, 1 Curtiss St.; YMCA, 284 Church St.
