BEACON FALLS — Lillian V. (Elnitsky) Gogolski, 85, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family. She was widow of John H. Gogolski.

Mrs. Golgolski was born in Waterbury on Nov. 3, 1928, daughter of the late Timofay and Mary Elnitsky. She was a lifelong resident of Beacon Falls and retired from Pratt and Whitney after several years of service. Lillian was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Seymour, and she enjoyed gardening, painting, and jigsaw puzzles.

She is survived by her three daughters, Alicia West and her husband Marshall of Palmetto, Fla., Tirzah Lardie of Beacon Falls and Jackie Bochicchio of Naugatuck; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. in Pines Bridge Cemetery, Beacon Falls. The Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main St., Naugatuck, is assisting the family with arrangements.
