NAUGATUCK — Three Naugatuck teenagers were charged last week in connection with a burglary reported on March 14.
Two juveniles, whose names were not released due to their ages, and 19-year-old Javon Couture of 933 Rubber Ave. were arrested on a warrant.
Police reported the three entered the home of a family member of one of the accused without permission and stole money, coins and two handguns.
All three were charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy at third-degree burglary and conspiracy at fourth-degree larceny.
One of the juveniles was additionally charged with stealing a firearm. He was taken to the Bridgeport Juvenile Detention Center, according to police.
The other juvenile was given a court date of April 16 to appear at Waterbury Juvenile Court. He was released to his mother.
Couture was given a court date of April 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. He was released on a promise to appear.
