What do you think should be done with the Wolfe Avenue property and how will you Beacon Falls pay for it?

“Nothing at this time. The property should not be razed, Beacon Falls is not in a position to incur any further debt.”

What is your plan for economic development in Beacon Falls?

“My running mate, Gerard Smith, has extensive contacts and experience to attract new business to town.”

What issue do you believe is most important to voters, and where do you stand on that issue?

“As we go door to door speaking with voters, the greatest concern is tax increases. I intend to keep taxes as stable as possible.”

If elected, what are your priorities and goals?

“Our core goals in leading the town for the next two years are: 1) Sound fiscal management by developing capital equipment and infrastructure — plans to avoid big tax spikes. 2) Economic growth by working to bring more businesses tow town. 3) Better planning by being proactive rather than reactive to issues and problems.”
