NAUGATUCK — The Naugatuck Firefighter Local 1219 union is holding a fundraiser to benefit the Gallion triplets.

Borough firefighter Todd Gallino and his wife Cayti recently had triplets, Maggie, Owen and Ben. Cayti was hospitalized for three months prior to giving birth. Todd traveled back and forth from work to Yale-New Haven Hospital, while taking care of the couple’s two older children at home during his wife’s hospitalization.

The union is sponsoring a ziti, chicken parmesan fundraiser to help offset some of the costs associated with the triplets’ birth.

The fundraiser will be held June 23, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Waterbury Firefighters Local 1339 Union Hall at 1551 Thomaston Ave. in Waterbury.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $8 for children under 10, and free for children 3 and under. Tickets are available at the Naugatuck Fire Department, at the door or by calling Mike Chatfield at (203) 808-2021, Sean Reilly (203) 437-0545, or Paul Bozzuto (203) 314-0055.
