NAUGATUCK — The Whittemore Library will host a book talk and signing by author Jerry Labriola on Tuesday, May 10 at 7 p.m. in the Library’s Nellie Beatty Room.
Labriola is the author of “Scent of Danger.”
In conjunction with the release of his latest mystery/suspense novel, “Scent of Danger,” Labriola will discuss two high-profile criminal cases taken from books he co-authored with renowned forensic scientist, Dr. Henry Lee.
In each case, the victim died from a gunshot wound into the mouth. One case was ruled a murder, the other, a suicide. But, Labriola will offer forensic evidence refuting the finding of both juries.
Labriola is the author of seven mystery novels and co-authored four books with Lee dealing with forensic science.
Those who purchase “Scent of Danger” will get a complimentary copy of one of Labriola’s earlier books.
The public is welcome to attend the free program.
