WATERBURY — The Connecticut Community Foundation (CCF) seeks applications for sponsorships from area non-profits or over-55 communities that are looking for support for a public event, program or symposium.

Sponsorships do not apply to golf tournaments.

Events must be held in CCF’s 21-town service area including Beacon Falls, Naugatuck and Prospect.

Organizations that qualify are eligible to receive one sponsorship award per year. Deadline to apply is May 6. Applications are available online at www.conncf.org/special-funding-opportunities. CCF will notify applicants of their status by May 20.
