The scholarship is awarded on an annual basis to an active Troop 102 Eagle scout who is graduating high school and entering an accredited two-year or four-year college.
Rodrigues is attending Boston University and major in mechanical engineering with a concentration in aeronautical engineering. Upon graduation, Rodrigues will be commissioned as an Ensign in the U.S. Navy, with aspirations to become a naval aviator.
