Kristi Clainos and Matthew Jerome were married Sept. 10, 2010 in St. Luke’s Church, Portland, Ore. by Pastor David Knappof. A reception followed at the Oregon Gulf Club in Lake Oswego, Ore.
The bride is the daughter of Deme and Diane Clainos of Lake Oswego, Ore., and the granddaughter of Loretta Smith.
The bridegroom is the son of Robert and Catherine Jerome of Naugatuck.
The bride had Julie Clainos and Tori Stere as her honor attendants. Bridesmaids were Tarina Shearer, Allyson Jerome, Angie Cunningham, Ruby Fuller, Jan Valdenegro, Michelle McGinley and Kjersten Darcy.
The best man was Zack Jerome. Ushers were Beau Desmond, Mike Lutz, Caleb Duffy, Sean Sterle and Danny Dirks.
Flower girl was Kaitlin Sterle and ring bearers were Ryan Jerome, Tyler Jerome and Nichola Sterle.
Mrs. Jerome graduated from Lakeridge High School in Lake Oswego, Ore. and Oregon State University in Corvallis, Ore. She earned her master’s degree from George Fox University.
She is a film and television actress in Los Angeles.
Mr. Jerome graduated from Holy Cross High School in Waterbury and from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain.
He is a motion picture costumer in Los Angeles and recently completed work on “Pirates of the Caribbean” and is presently working on “Captain America.”
Kristi and Matt met while filming “The Hunted” in 2002.
