Kimberly Magalhaes Named Program Coordinator for Masonicare at Home

WALLINGOFRD-Kimberly Magalhaes of Naugatuck has been named Program Coordinator for Masonicare at Home, a program of Masonicare Home Health & Hospice that provides non-medical services to clients in need of personal care and homemaking services.

Magalhaes is responsible for ensuring quality and safe delivery of non-medical personal care services, homemaking, companion and live-in services to clients of Masonicare at Home, a registered homemaker-companion agency in Connecticut.

Magalhaes has several years of experience in the healthcare field, mainly working with the geriatric population. Prior to joining Masonicare, Magalhaes was manager of Angels Watching Over You, Inc., which provides home care for the elderly.

Magalhaes received an Associate of Science degree in Human Services: Social Work from Naugatuck Valley Community College in Waterbury and is currently completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Charter Oak State College. She and her husband, Peter and their son, two-year old Lucas, reside in Naugatuck.
