The foundation raises money to help families with a child battling cancer and works to raise awareness of services available to families. The fundraiser is organized annually by Moe’s Auto Service owner Moe Shira in honor of his niece, Kacey Rose Mitchell, who died from leukemia. Over 50 people, including 38 motorcyclists, participated this year. The ride raised about $2,400 for the foundation. –JORDAN E. Phillips, a vice president at the bank, led a group volunteer effort last November to clean and paint the Phoenix Stage Company’s new home in Oakville. This volunteer effort was one of many submitted to the 80 Days of Giving Program that is part of the bank’s 80th anniversary celebration.
