Camille B. Perugini Charitable Trust Scholarship Committee awarded 13 scholarships for a total of $10,500 at an awards dinner at Jesse Camille’s Restaurant in Naugatuck June 15. The scholarship was created in 1998 in memory of former Prospect resident Camille B. Perugini, who died unexpectedly in 1997 at age 27 from a rare medical condition. The Peter J. Foley Little League 9-10 all stars won the District 3 championship July 14, 5-2, over Prospect Little League. Matt Kilmer pitched four innings and Tom Barry pitched the final two innings in relief.
