Lacman of Naugatuck has been named the Waterbury Regional Chamber of Commerce’s new membership director. A native of Naugatuck, Lacman graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in business administration from Northeastern University in Boston. She was recently honored at Griffin Hospital’s Annual Nurses Week luncheon. –CONTRIBUTED Naugatuck High School students Emma Healy and Olivia Rotatori organized a volleyball tournament June 19 to benefit the family of world language teacher Rebecca Cruz. With the help of volleyball coach Kevin Wesche, friends and family, the tournament raised $750 for the Cruz family.
