The Rotary Club delivered over 75 new children’s coats to Family Services of Greater Waterbury Nov. 7. In partnership with Operation Warm, the club hopes a new winter coat will bring pride to children and relief for struggling families in the Waterbury area. ‘We are extremely grateful for The Rotary Club of Naugatuck’s donation. A new coat means so much to an impoverished child and allows families to focus their limited financial resources on other basic needs like food and shelter,’ said Porteus, in a press release.
