To the editor,
I have had a problem with one of my double sashed windows of which I have had the replacement part for a bout six years, but couldn’t get anyone to fix it for me.
I called Jim at the Elks Lodge # 967 home assistance program, and in a couple of days Ted Kosko was here and replaced the part in a courteous and polite way.
Extending my sincere thanks to the volunteers of this organization.
