Letter: Dambowsky is a pillar in the community

To the editor,

I am writing on behalf of Fran Dambowsky, who is running for burgess in Naugatuck. I have known him for over 12 years. I admire his time served in the Navy and the way he truly cares for veterans. He supports a nonprofit that helps veterans with TBI and PTSD. Fran is truly a pillar in the community, he has even won the Franklin Johnson Citizenship Award.

Fran is one of the most committed, considerate, goal-oriented and compassionate people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I believe he is an amazing candidate and given the opportunity he will always do the right thing by the people; not the party.

In summary, I highly recommend Fran for this position. I urge the taxpayers and voters of Naugatuck to vote for him. He will be a valuable asset to any position.
