The Hawks will need to wait to get the season under way. Their first swim meet against Crosby was rescheduled to Dec. 30.

Boys Swimming
The Greyhounds got the season off to a successful start with a convincing 80-68 win over Kennedy on Tuesday. The Greyhounds secured first and second place in four individual events before swimming exhibition the rest of the way. Eight different swimmers stepped up to secure the first- and second-place finishes. Event winners included Brian Goggin (200 free), Peter Morrissey (200 IM), Eric Cruz (50 free and diving) and Nicholas Ryan (100 fly). Naugatuck will scrimmage Glastonbury on Tuesday before some time off. The Greyhounds are scheduled to get back to league competition Jan. 8 against Crosby.
