The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Terrance Ellingson, 50, of 153 Krodel Road, Naugatuck, was charged July 10 with disorderly conduct and July 11 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on July 10 at approximately 4:32 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported Ellingson damaged furniture in the home which included a hutch. Ellingson was given a court date of July 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Police reported on July 11 Ellingson was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported Ellingson pushed a glass counter top towards the victim causing injury to her eye and knee. Ellingson was given a court date of July 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,500 surety bond.

Dominque Bernacchi, 21, of 100 Mark Lane, Waterbury, was charged July 11 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on July 11 at approximately 11:47 p.m. Bernacchi was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on June 3, 2017 at Walmart. Police reported Bernacchi stole a PS4 charging dock, Xbox controller and other electronic merchandise valued at $358.01. Bernacchi was given a court date of July 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $250 cash bond.

Jeremy Macri, 23, of 44 Lewis Circle, Naugatuck, was charged July 11 with breach of peace.

Police reported on July 11 at approximately 7:44 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between roommates. During an argument, police reported they pushed each other and were engaged in a physical altercation. Macri was given a court date of July 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Michael Carroll, 23, of 44 Lewis Circle, Naugatuck, was charged July 11 with breach of peace.

Police reported on July 11 at approximately 7:44 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between roommates. During an argument, police reported they pushed each other and were engaged in a physical altercation. Carroll was given a court date of July 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Michael Trombetto, 40, of 75 Melbourne Court, Naugatuck, was charged July 12 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on July 12 at approximately 7:14 p.m. Trombetto was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of a protective order. Police reported Trombetto contacted the protected party, victim, through text messages. This was determined to be in violation of an active protective order. Trombetto was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $5,000 surety bond.

James Ferrari, 41, of 23 Bradley Ave., Waterbury, was charged July 12 with violation of probation.

Police reported on July 12 at approximately 8:08 a.m. Ferrari was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Ferrari was given a court date of July 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $150,000 surety bond.

Charles Cornell, 30, of 951 East Broadway, Milford, was charged July 13 with evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on July 13 at approximately 2:52 p.m. Cornell turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle accident reported on July 4, 2017 on Oak Street. Police reported Cornell struck a utility pole and left the scene. Cornell was given a court date of July 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Daniel Johnson, 36, of 154 Chestnut Tree Hill, Oxford, was charged July 14 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and possession of narcotic.

Police reported on July 14 Johnson was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on May 20, 2017 between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported Johnson hit the victim. During the booking process, police reported Johnson was found to be in possession of heroin. The heroin was found in the Johnson’s short’s pocket, police reported. Johnson was given a court date of July 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a surety bond.

Lashea Coverson, 25, of 42 Bailey Road, Naugatuck, was charged July 14 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on July 14 at approximately 2:56 p.m. Coverson turned herself in on active arrest warrants. Coverson was given court dates of July 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and July 27 to appear at Derby Superior Court and released on a surety bond.

Paul Jean Marcil, 58, of 1029 Straits Corners Road, Candor, was charged July 15 with second-degree false report incident and second-degree false statement.

Police reported on July 15 at approximately 8:05 a.m. an officer responded to a stolen motor vehicle complaint. Police reported Marcil initially told the officer his vehicle was stolen by an acquaintance. During the investigation, police reported it was determined Marcil’s vehicle was not stolen. Marcil gave permission to the acquaintance to use the vehicle, police reported. When the acquaintance was late on returning the vehicle, police reported Marcil attempted to report the vehicle stolen. Marcil was given a court date of July 27 to appear at Waterbury superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

Laman Perry, 38, of 344 Gunntown Road, Naugatuck, was charged July 15 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 15 at approximately 3:34 p.m. officers responded to an assault at a group home. Police reported Perry pushed a table into the victim. Perry was given a court date of July 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Steven Sabanski, 22, of 51 Tawny Thrush Road, Naugatuck, was charged July 16 with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 16 at approximately 7:24 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between parents and son. During an argument, police reported Sabanski damaged doors in the home by kicking them. Sabanski was given a court date of July 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Nathan Anderson, 31, of 133 Snug Harbor Lane, Walhalla, was charged July 16 with carrying of pistol or revolver without permit.

Police reported on July 16 at approximately 9:51 a.m. an officer investigated a larceny complaint of a firearm. Police reported Anderson’s firearm was stolen from his vehicle, while his vehicle was parked in a parking lot of a local business. During the investigation, police reported it was determined Anderson did not have a Connecticut pistol permit. Anderson was given a court date of July 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.
