The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Paula Kimmer, 42, of 73 Strongtown Road, Southbury, was charged July 3 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 3 at approximately 2:04 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, they involved in a physical altercation. Kimmer was given a court date of July 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

Scott Kimmer, 45, of 11 Seth Drive, Naugatuck, was charged July 3 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 3 at approximately 2:04 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, they involved in a physical altercation. Kimmer was given a court date of July 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

Richard Lopez, 27, of 20 Jordan Ave., Shelton, was charged July 3 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on July 3 at approximately 4:09 p.m. officers responded to Big Y for a larceny complaint. Police reported Lopez stole merchandise from the store. Lopez was given a court date of July 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Michael LaFountain, 51, of 38 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged July 3 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 3 at approximately 4:29 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between family members. During an argument, police reported, they struck each other and were involved in a physical altercation. LaFountain was given a court date of July 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Jhovanny Sanchez, 29, of 38 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged July 3 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 3 at approximately 4:29 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between family members. During an argument, police reported, they struck each other and were involved in a physical altercation. Sanchez was given a court date of July 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Anthony Abrahams, 31, of 117 Clinton St., Waterbury, was charged July 4 with third-degree assault, violation of protective order, three counts of second-degree failure to appear and five counts of first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on July 4 at approximately 12:17 a.m. officers responded to an assault of a bail enforcement agent. When the agent made contact with Abrahams, police reported Abrahams resisted and punched the agent. Abrahams ran from the area but was located with the use of a canine. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Abrahams violated an active protective order. He was staying with the victim named in the order, police reported. Abrahams was also arrested on active arrest warrants for failure to appear. Abrahams was given a court date of July 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on surety bond.

Kyle Anders-Huculak, 18, of 143 Hoadley St., Naugatuck, was charged July 4 with disorderly conduct and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on July 4 at approximately 12:16 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between father and son. During an argument, police reported Anders-Huculak broke a window and damaged a door in the home. Anders-Huculak was given a court date of July 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Kyle Philson, 21, of 31 June St., Naugatuck, was charged July 4 with failure to appear.

Police reported on July 4 at approximately 11:57 p.m. an officer responded to a noise complaint of loud music and fireworks. During the investigation, police reported Philson was identified and found to be wanted on an active arrest warrant. Philson was given a court date of July 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

Aniello Aniello, 54, of 732 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged July 6 with first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on July 6 at approximately 8:57 a.m. Liguori was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Liguori was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $50,000 surety bond.

Jessica Johnson, 30, of 32 Gus St., Naugatuck, was charged July 6 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on July 6 at approximately 11:59 a.m. Johnson was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Johnson was given a court date of July 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $250 court-set cash bond.

Henry Morales, 34, of 475 East Main St., Waterbury, was charged July 6 with weapons in vehicles.

Police reported on July 6 at approximately 1:03 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. The vehicle was located and stopped on High Street. During the investigation, police reported a pocket knife and baseball bat were found inside the vehicle. Morales was given a court date of July 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.

Ryan Havican, 41, of Waterbury, was charged July 6 with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on July 6 at approximately 1:03 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Havican stole $261.11 worth of merchandise and left in a vehicle that was located and stopped on High Street. Havican was given a court date of July 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,500 surety bond.

Fernando Rivera, 44, of 121 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was charged July 7 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and threatening.

Police reported on July 7 12:21 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported Rivera pushed the victim and threatened to harm her. Rivera was given a court date of July 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 surety bond.

Isolete Moreno, 66, of 318 Scott St., Naugatuck, was charged July 8 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 8 at approximately 4:03 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported Moreno slapped the victim. Moreno was uncooperative with the officers while they were on scene and continually engaged the victim in an argument while the officers advised her not to, police reported. Moreno was given a court date of July 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

John Oneill, 71, of 1351 Gardenia Drive, Barefoot Bay, was charged July 8 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on July 8 at approximately 1:31 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported it was determined Oneill was operating under the influence of alcohol. Oneill was given a court date of July 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Erin Pesino, 26, of 565 Clark Road, Bristol, was charged July 8 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on July 8 at approximately 1:56 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Exit 29 of Route 8 North. During the investigation, police reported it was determined Pesino was operating under the influence of alcohol. Pesino was given a court date of July 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.
