The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Tyler Synott, 24, of 72 New St., Naugatuck, was charged June 12 with second-degree threatening, second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 12 at approximately 11:14 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. During an argument, police reported, Synott broke blinds, a plant and flipped over a table causing a hole in a wall. Synott picked up a kitchen knife and held in a threatening manner towards the victim, police reported. The victim was not harmed during the altercation. Synott was given a court date of June 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $25,000 surety bond.

William Detullio, 61, of 2 Quarry Village Road, Cheshire, was charged June 12 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on June 12 at approximately 3:03 p.m. an officer responded to a motor vehicle accident on Crofut Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Detullio was operating under the influence. Detullio was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

Benjamin Rivera, 44, of South Main Street, Waterbury, was charged June 13 with violation of protective order and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 13 at approximately 5:08 p.m. Rivera was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on May 6, 2017. During an argument, police reported, Rivera struck the victim. Rivera was given a court date of June 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $10,000 surety bond.

Robert Carasone, 47, of 62 Gorman St., Naugatuck, was charged June 13 with threatening and breach of peace.

Police reported on June 13 at approximately 8:21 p.m. Carasone was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a threatening complaint reported on May 6, 2017. Police reported Carasone made threatening comments against the victim’s home and pets. Carasone was given a court date of June 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Jamie Mashia Jr., 22, of 131 Osborn Road, Naugatuck, was charged June 13 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on June 13 at approximately 12:09 a.m. Mashia was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Mashia was given a court date of June 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

Bailey Mortensen, 18, of 32 Simsberry Road, Naugatuck, was charged June 13 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 13 at approximately 10:54 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between brothers. During an argument, police reported, they were engaged in a physical altercation. Mortensen was given a court date of June 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

John Mortensen, 19, of 32 Simsberry Road, Naugatuck, was charged June 13 with two counts of disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 13 at approximately 10:54 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between brothers. During an argument, police reported, they were engaged in a physical altercation. Mortensen was given a court date of June 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Police reported on June 13 at approximately 1:49 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. Mortensen was recently released on an earlier domestic arrest. When Mortensen arrived home he began to yell and spit at the victims, blaming them for his earlier arrest, police reported. Mortensen was given a court date of June 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

Rachael Warburton, 28, of 183 Hanover Road, Newtown, was charged June 14 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 14 at approximately 8:51 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. When the officers, police reported, arrived Warburton became uncooperative and tried to run into a bedroom away from the officers. Warburton was given a court date of June 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and was released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Dominque Bernacchi, 25, of 100 Mark Lane, Waterbury, was charged June 14 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on June 14 at approximately 3:57 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Bernacchi stole $73.54 worth of merchandise. Bernacchi was given a court date of June 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and was released on a $500 surety bond.

Jordan Millette, 18, of 90 Cliff St., Naugatuck, was charged June 15 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on June 15 at approximately 12:58 p.m. Millette was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Millette was given a court date of June 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $50 cash bond.

Alan Laclair, 35, of 236 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged June 15 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on June 15 at approximately 5:35 p.m. Laclair was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Laclair was given a court date of June 22 to appear at Derby Superior Court and released on a court-set $5,000 surety bond.

Ian Creaturo, 20, of 3 Willow Lane, Naugatuck, was charged June 15 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 15 at approximately 10:34 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, they pushed each other and were involved in a physical altercation. Creaturo was given a court date of June 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Kaitlyn Patchkofsky, 20, of 3 Willow Lane, Naugatuck, was charged June 15 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 15 at approximately 10:34 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, they pushed each other and were involved in a physical altercation. Patchkofsky was given a court date of June 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

James Goggin Jr., 25, of 87 Moonlight Circle, Naugatuck, was charged June 16 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on June 16 at approximately 1:05 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Goggin was operating under the influence. Goggin was given a court date of June 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released until his court date.

Tara Travisano, 36, of 8 Swift Lane, Naugatuck, was charged June 16 with breach of peace.

Police reported on June 16 at approximately 4:44 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, they were involved in a physical altercation. Travisano was given a court date of June 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Nicholas Demers, 21, of 18 Bridge St., Naugatuck, was charged June 16 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on June 16 at approximately 6:13 p.m. Demers turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Demers was given a court date of June 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $150 court-set cash bond.

Joseph Cusack, 36, of 158 Bluebird Drive, Naugatuck, was charged June 16 with breach of peace.

Police reported on June 16 at approximately 4:44 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, they were involved in a physical altercation. Cusack was given a court date of June 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Patrick Occhino, 34, of 800 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged June 16 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on June 16 at approximately 9:39 p.m. Occhino turned himself in on active arrest warrants. Occhino was given a court date of June 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set cash bond.

William Burns, 20, of 20 George St., Naugatuck, was charged June 19 with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Police reported on June 19 at approximately 3:16 a.m. officers responded to North Main Street for a report of two males entering vehicles. They were found in the area. During the investigation, police reported, they were found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe, scale, narcotic grinder and two large, fixed-bladed knives. They were issued an infraction for the narcotic violations. Burns was given a court date of June 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond for the criminal charges.
