The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Zachary Lance, 22, of 253 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged April 17 with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy at first-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy at second-degree criminal mischief and conspiracy at third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on April 17 at approximately 7:49 p.m. Lance was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a vandalism complaint made on March 3, 2017 on Gorman Street. There were a total of seven vehicles damaged in the area, police reported. Lance was given a court date of April 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

Kelly Plude, 29, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 17 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 17 at approximately 11:50 a.m. officers responded to Rite Aide for a larceny complaint. Police reported Plude stole $180 worth of merchandise. Plude was given a court date of April 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Shane Rosenberry, 19, of 39 Lorann Drive, Naugatuck, was charged April 18 with reckless burning and breach of peace.

Police reported on April 18 at approximately 1:20 p.m. the school resource officer responded to a reckless burning complaint at Naugatuck High School. Rosenberry was arrested for reckless burning and breach of peace. Rosenberry was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released until his court date.

Colin Brian Leclerc, 20, of last known address Naugatuck, was charged April 18 with second-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace. He was charged April 19 with three counts of second-degree failure to appear, four counts of first-degree failure to appear and failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on April 18 at approximately 2:53 p.m. an officer responded to Town Hall for a vandalism complaint. Police reported Leclerc broke a window to the building and ran from the area. Leclerc was located in the area of the train station, police reported. The estimated cost to replace the window is $450, police reported. Leclerc was given a court date of April 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,000 surety bond.

Police reported on April 19 at approximately 10:45 a.m. Leclerc was arrested on active arrest warrants while he was held at court. Leclerc was given a court date of April 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

Mickey Bruno, 29, of 35 Highland Drive, Waterbury, was charged April 19 with breach of peace, second-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on April 19 at approximately 8:23 a.m. an officer responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Bruno damaged the home and threw items onto the lawn. When the officers arrived he refused to allow them access to home, police reported. During the arrest, police reported, Bruno was uncooperative. Bruno was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

Luis Lebron, 19, of 168 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged April 19 with conspiracy at first-degree assault, breach of peace and conspiracy at breach of peace.

Police reported on April 19 at approximately 5:17 p.m. Lebron turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an assault that occurred on Nov. 14, 2016 at the Town Green. Police reported Lebron fought with juvenile males due to an earlier dispute. Police reported Lebron was carrying a bat during the altercation and two victims were struck with the bat. One of the juvenile victim’s sustained a minor concussion and bruising to his eye, police reported. Lebron was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $100,000 surety bond.

Christopher Dougan, 31, of 311 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged April 19 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 19 at approximately 2:56 p.m. officers responded to Big Y for a larceny complaint. Police reported Dougan stole $32.77 worth of merchandise. Dougan was given a court date of May 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Deidre Gonzalez, 25, of 75 Sunburst Road, Naugatuck, was charged April 19 with four counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on April 19 at approximately 7:30 p.m. Gonzalez was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Gonzalez was given a court date of May 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $500 surety bond.

David Sanchez, 43, of 11 Samuel St., Waterbury, was charged April 21 with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and fifth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 21 at approximately 9 am Sanchez was arrested on an active arrest warrant while he was held at court. The warrant was for a larceny reported on Dec. 12, 2016. Police reported Sanchez entered the victim’s vehicle, which was parked at a business on New Haven Road, and stole credit cards and a cell phone. Police reported Sanchez, with a female accomplice, made fraudulent purchases using the victim’s credit cards at various businesses. Sanchez was given a court date of April 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

Andre Davis, 34, of 5 Giles St., Waterbury, was charged April 21 with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 21 at approximately 4:30 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Davis stole $74.66 worth of merchandise. Police reported Davis was previously banned from the store due to a past shoplifting incident. Davis was given a court date of May 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Jessica Johnson, 30, of 32 Gus St., Naugatuck, was charged April 22 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on April 22 at approximately 7:35 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. Police reported Johnson was involved in an argument with her son’s grandmother. During the argument, police reported, Johnson shoved the victim and knocked over chairs in the kitchen. Johnson was given a court date of April 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Gabriel Medina-Delgado, 24, of 26 Nixon Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 22 with conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 22 at approximately 12:48 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Medina-Delgado, with a female juvenile accomplice, stole $32.84 worth of merchandise. Medina-Delgado was given a court date of May 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Lawrence Stauffer, 55, of 43 Patricia Lane, Naugatuck, was charged April 22 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on April 22 at approximately 7:26 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. During an argument, police reported, Stauffer pushed the victim to the floor. Stauffer was given a court date of April 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Alberto Ortiz Jr., 28, of 4 Bob White Circle, Naugatuck, was charged April 23 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Police reported on April 23 at approximately 9:22 p.m. officers responded to Slainte’s for an assault. Police reported Ortiz was involved in an argument with an employee over an open door to the bar. Police reported Ortiz struck the victim during the altercation. Ortiz was given a court date of May 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

Richard Gagnon, 48, of 176 Applewood Lane, Naugatuck, was charged April 23 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 23 at approximately 11:18 p.m. officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on City Hill Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Gagnon was operating under the influence of alcohol. Gagnon was given a court date of May 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
