The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Raymond Martinez, 30, of 39 North Walnut St., Waterbury, was charged March 13 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on March 13 at approximately 3:33 p.m. Martinez turned himself in on an active arrest warrant out of Bridgeport. Martinez was given a court date of March 22 to appear at Bridgeport Superior Court and released on a court-set $2,500 surety bond.

Robert Joseph Swoditch Jr., 51, of 50 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged March 14 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 14 at approximately 10:12 p.m. officers responded to a disabled vehicle on Bridge Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Swoditch was operating under the influence of alcohol. Swoditch was given a court date of March 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

Kile Coty, 25, of 2743 East Main St., Waterbury, was charged March 15 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 15 at approximately 7:19 a.m. Coty turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Coty was given a court date of March 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $500 surety bond.

Janine Rivera, 23, of 303 Reservoir Ave., Meriden, was charged March 15 with third-degree forgery, third-degree identity theft and sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 15 Rivera was arrested on an active arrest warrant while he was at court. The warrant was for an identity theft complaint made on Dec. 8, 2016. Police reported Rivera stole a check from the victim and cashed it for $75. Rivera was given a court date of March 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

Donte Miles, 21, of 2 North Main St., Waterbury, was charged March 15 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on March 15 at approximately 12 p.m. Miles was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Miles was given a court date of March 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $100,000 surety bond.

Kyla Walker, 18, of 214 Hilltop Road, Oakville, was charged March 16 with conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy at third-degree burglary.

Police reported on March 16 at approximately 2:59 a.m. officers responded to City Hill Street for a larceny from a motor vehicle complaint. The victim reported she saw three males running from her driveway, police reported. All the parties involved were located in the area and taken into custody. During the investigation, police reported, Walker was located driving in the area. It was determined she was acting as the driver for the male parties, police reported. Walker was given a court date of March 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

Jordan Millette, 18, of 90 Cliff St., Naugatuck, was charged March 16 with interfering with an officer, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary, conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy at third-degree burglary.

Police reported on March 16 at approximately 2:59 a.m. officers responded to City Hill Street for a larceny from a motor vehicle complaint. The victim reported she saw three males running from her driveway. Millette with two male juvenile accomplices entered the victim’s vehicle and stole a purse and other items, police reported. All the parties involved were located in the area and taken into custody. Millette was given a court date of March 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

Melissa Foster, 29, of 288 Governors Hill Road, Oxford, was charged March 16 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 16 Foster was arrested on an active failure to appear arrest warrant. Foster was processed and appeared in Waterbury Superior Court on March 16.

James Craft, 32, of 196 Longview Terrace, Naugatuck, was charged March 16 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 23, 2016 at approximately 5 p.m. officers responded to 71 Cliff St. for a reported domestic disturbance between Craft and a family member. It was determined that the two became involved in an argument that became physical when Craft grabbed the victim, police reported. Craft was released on a $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court March 17.

David Primus, 63, of last known address 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged March 17 with third-degree robbery, second-degree burglary, second-degree larceny from person, breach of peace and two counts of violation of protective order.

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 8:04 p.m. officers responded to a suspicious person complaint at 933 Rubber Ave. The caller stated there was a male party banging on a door and yelling. When the officers arrived, police reported, they found Primus in the victim’s home. The victim has an active protective order against Primus, police reported. Police reported Primus was also arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on Feb. 10, 2017. Police reported Primus arrived at the victim’s home, who he was in a previous dating relationship with. He pushed the victim and took her purse, police reported. The victim was able to recover the purse outside the home. Primus was given a court date of March 20 to appear at Waterbury superior Court and held on bond.

Roger Gully, 47, of 200 Bridge St., Naugatuck, was charged March 19 with carrying dangerous weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on March 19 at approximately 2:28 a.m. Gully entered the police department and became confrontational with the dispatcher over an unfounded complaint. During the incident, police reported, Gully was found to be in possession of a large hunting knife and a glass marijuana smoking pipe. When Gully was being processed, police reported, he stated he placed two BB guns behind a business near the department. Officers checked the business and located an air soft gun and a BB gun, police reported. Gully was given a court date of March 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Joseph Cusack, 36, of 158 Bluebird Drive, Naugatuck, was charged March 19 with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on March 19 at approximately 2:39 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. During an argument, police reported, Cusack punched holes in a wall in the victim’s home. Cusack was given a court date of March 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Nicholas Demers, 20, of 18 Bridge St., Naugatuck, was charged March 19 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on March 19 at approximately 3:59 p.m. Demers was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Demers was given a court date of March 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $250 cash bond.
