The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Olger Myftarago, 29, of 1076 Highland Ave., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 13 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 13 at approximately at approximately 7:54 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Myftarago hit the victim. Myftarago was given a court date of Feb. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Ryan Trombley, 41, of 15 Maple Terrace, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 14 with attempt to commit crime, sixth-degree larceny and criminal impersonation.

Police reported on Feb. 14 Trombley was arrested on an active arrest warrant while at court. The warrant was for a larceny complaint made on Dec. 23, 2016 at Walmart. Trombley, a former employee for the Salvation Army, was collecting money outside the business fraudulently, police reported. Trombley was given a court date of Feb. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

Brandon Santo, 20, of 20 Diamond St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 14 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on Feb. 14 at approximately 1:57 a.m. Santo was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Santo was given a court date of Feb. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $100 cash bond.

Brian Hynes, 38, of 24 Simsberry Road, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 15 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Feb. 15 at approximately 6:30 p.m. officers responded to Candee Road for a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Hynes was operating under the influence of alcohol. Hynes was given a court date of Feb. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Robert Janusonis, 51, of 8 Silvermine Road, Seymour, was charged Feb. 15 with second-degree harassment, threatening, two counts of second-degree stalking and two counts breach of peace.

Police reported on Feb. 15 an officer investigated a harassment complaint. Police reported Janusonis continually contacted the victim, by phone, and arriving at her home after being advised not to. Janusonis was given a court date of Feb. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $250,000 surety bond.

Janusonis was given a court date of Feb. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 surety bond.

Daniel Martins, 20, of 61 Pondview Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 16 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Feb. 16 at approximately 1 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Meadow Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Martins was operating under the influence of alcohol. Martins was given a court date of March 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Jonatan Sanchez, 28, of 146 Dorchester Ave., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 16 with first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, third-degree assault on an elderly, blind, disabled or pregnant person, breach of peace and use of motor vehicle without permission.

Police reported on Feb. 16 at approximately 1:31 p.m. Sanchez was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on Feb. 3, 2017 at the Naugatuck Motor Lodge. Police reported Sanchez was involved in an argument the victim in the parking. During the argument, police reported, Sanchez punched the victim. A family member of the victim tried to intervene and Sanchez tackled her to the ground, police reported. Sanchez took victim number two’s car keys and took her vehicle without permission, police reported. Sanchez was given a court date Feb. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

Kyle Conrad, 46, of 58 Gorman St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 17 with interfering with an officer, littering or dumping and unauthorized disposal of waste in waste/refuse/recycling container.

Police reported on Feb. 17 at approximately 11:18 a.m. Conrad was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an illegal dumping complaint made on Jan. 18, 2017. Police reported Conrad left household garbage on the access road to the wastewater treatment plant. During the investigation, police reported, an officer responded to Conrad’s home and Conrad the accused was uncooperative. Police reported Conrad walked into the home and refused to open their door. Conrad was given a court date of Feb. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

Maryann Conrad, 48, of 58 Gorman St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 17 with interfering with an officer, littering or dumping and unauthorized disposal of waste in waste/refuse/recycling container.

Joseph Torrice Jr., 32, of 218 Oak St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 17 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Feb. 17 Torrice was served with an active arrest warrant while he was at court. The warrant was for a larceny complaint made on Jan. 24, 2017 at Walmart. Police reported Torrice, with a female accomplice, stole $101.30 worth of merchandise and left the area. Torrice was given a court date of Feb. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

Lorraine Williams, 45, of 104 Birch St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 17 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 17 at approximately 4:14 p.m. officers responded to Cross Street for a domestic disturbance that occurred in the victim’s vehicle. The victim was driving while she was engaged in an argument Williams, police reported. During the argument, police reported, Williams struck the victim. The victim sustained an injury to her lip, police reported. Williams was given a court date of Feb. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Trevor Fuller, 46, of 246 Osborn Road, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 17 with violation of restraining order and first-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on Feb. 17 at approximately 6:11 p.m. officers responded to the victim’s home for a violation of a restraining order. Police reported Fuller arrived at the victim’s home, which was in violation of the order. Fuller was given a court date of Feb. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.

David Tiganella, 58, of 30 West Main St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 17 with possession of controlled substance and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Feb. 17 at approximately 8:10 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation. During the investigation, police reported, Tiganella was found to be in possession of crack cocaine. Police reported Tiganella was given a court date of March 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

Daniel Hughes, 42, of 113 Hill Street Ext., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 17 with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Feb. 17 at approximately 10:58 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Hughes pushed the victim. Hughes was given a court date of Feb. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Donald Kuhn, 48, of 52 Fullton St., West Hartford, was charged Feb. 18 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on Feb. 18 at approximately 1:05 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance at the Naugatuck Motor Lodge. During the investigation, police reported, Kuhn was found to be in possession of glass pipes, a syringe and heroin. Kuhn was given a court date of March 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Javier F. Vargas, 35, of 126 Locust St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 18 with possession of controlled substance and non-student in possession of drugs near school, high school, or day care.

Police reported on Feb. 18 at approximately 6:49 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Rubber Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, Vargas was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Vargas was given a court date of March 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

Andres Medina, 23, of 58 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 18 with first-degree criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and violation of protective order.

Police reported on Feb. 18 at approximately 9:50 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, they hit each other, which was a violation of their protective orders. Medina was given a court date of Feb. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.

Sorenna Na-Lewis, 27, of 58 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 18 with risk of injury to child, disorderly conduct and violation of protective order.

Police reported on Feb. 18 at approximately 9:50 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, they hit each other, which was a violation of their protective orders. Na-Lewis was given a court date of Feb. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.

Adam Kosa, 42, of 99 Tawny Thrush Road, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 19 with driving under the influence and drinking while operating a motor vehicle.

Police reported on Feb. 19 at approximately 5:12 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Mulberry Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Kosa was operating under the influence of alcohol. Kosa was given a court date of March 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.
