The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Ashley Delgado, 32, of 23 Hull Place, Seymour, was charged Feb. 6 with third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Feb. 6 at approximately 12:24 p.m. Delgado turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a criminal mischief complaint reported on Dec. 24, 2016 in the Walmart parking lot. Police reported Delgado scratched the victim’s vehicle that was parked next to her in a parking lot. The damage was over a 6 inch grove to the passenger side of the victim’s vehicle, police reported. Delgado was given a court date of Feb. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $150 cash bond.

Laurel Brewer, 27, of 9 Eagle St., Ansonia, was charged Feb. 6 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Feb. 6 at approximately 9:11 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. During an argument, police reported, Brewer struck the victim. The victim sustained a small bruise to her bottom lip, police reported. Brewer was given a court date of Feb. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Danilo Curillo, 33, of 56 Cherry St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 7 with driving under the influence and evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on Feb. 7 at about 7:55 p.m. officers were dispatched to investigate a suspicious vehicle that was reported to have drove across a residence lawn, struck a mailbox and then fled. The vehicle was located and officers initiated a motor vehicle investigation on Maple Street near Prospect Street, police reported. Through the investigation, police reported, Curillo was found to be operating under the influence of alcohol. Curillo was given a court date of Feb. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Carmen Rivera, 37, of 20 Tolles Square, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 7 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to child.

Police reported on Feb. 7 at approximately 9:55 p.m. officers responded to 20 Tolles Square for a domestic disturbance between male and female adults. During the incident, police reported, both subjects stated they became involved in an argument that turned physical. The victim advised that Rivera grabbed him by the neck and pushed and shoved him several times causing visible injuries to the victim, police reported. Officers also determined that the incident occurred with a small child present, police reported. Rivera was given a court date of Feb. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Michael Cam, 26, of 118 Orange St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 8 with violation of probation.

Police reported on Feb. 8 at approximately 11:57 a.m. Cam turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Cam was given a court date of Feb. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $150,000 surety bond.

Fabricio Xavier, 35, of 1251 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 8 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on Feb. 8 at approximately 4:34 p.m. officers responded to a violation of a protective order. Police reported Xavier violated the active order by arriving at the victim’s residence and making contact with the victim. Xavier was given a court date of Feb. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

Lexus Mahaffy, 20, of 518 Wolcott St., Bristol, was charged Feb. 8 with disobeying signal of an officer: elude/attempt escape, reckless driving, theft of motor vehicle number plate or insert and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on Feb. 8 at approximately 4:25 a.m. an officer attempted to conduct a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. When the officer initiated the stop, police reported, Mahaffy accelerated away from the officer. Mahaffy was stopped in Beacon Falls where he was taken into custody. During the investigation, police reported, Mahaffy was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia consisting of a grinder, glass smoking pipe and marijuana residue. Also found in the vehicle were bolt cutters and a screw driver, police reported. The vehicle Mahaffy was operating was reported stolen out of Cromwell, police reported. Mahaffy was given a court date of Feb. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Antonio Martins, 24, of 26 Bradley St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 9 with evading responsibility and interfering with an officer.

Police reported Martins was involved in an incident in which he was arrested. During the incident, police reported, Martins interfered with the officer and/or the investigation. Martins was released on bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Feb. 22.

Henry Pereira, 22, of 19 Goodyear Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 10 with breach of peace, first-degree stalking and second-degree harassment.

Police reported on Feb. 10 at approximately 11:57 p.m. Pereira turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a harassment complaint reported on Dec. 19, 2016. Police reported Pereira repeatedly drove past the victim’s home after being advised not to. Pereira is a former boyfriend to the victim, police reported. Pereira was given a court date of Feb. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $1,000 surety bond.

Guiseppe Izzo, 23, of 60 Oak St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 10 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Police reported on Feb. 10 at approximately 5:55 p.m. officers responded to Oak Street for an assault. Police reported Izzo was engaged in an argument with the victim. During the argument, police reported, Izzo pushed the victim, causing him to fall to the ground. The victim sustained an injury to his wrist. Izzo was given a court date of Feb. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Paul McGuire, 46, of 360 Honeyspot Road, Stratford, was charged Feb. 12 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 1:55 a.m. McGuire was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint made on Dec. 6, 2016 at Walmart. Police reported McGuire stole $286.07 worth of merchandise. McGuire was given a court date of Feb. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and was held on a $1,000 surety bond.

Pennie Monroe, 52, of 194 Scott St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 12 with disorderly conduct and threatening.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 3:50 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Monroe approached Thomas Parniawski with a knife in her hand. Parniawski removed the knife from Monroe causing a cut to his hand, police reported. During the altercation, police reported, Parniawski slapped Monroe and slashed a tire on her vehicle. Monroe was given a court date of Feb. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

Thomas Parniawski, 51, of 194 Scott St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 12 with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

During an argument, police reported, Pennie Monroe approached Parniawski with a knife in her hand. Parniawski removed the knife from Monroe causing a cut to his hand, police reported. During the altercation, police reported, Parniawski slapped Monroe and slashed a tire on her vehicle. Parniawski was given a court date of Feb. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.
