The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Ryan Angelone, 25, of 5 Winslow Court, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 23 with disorderly conduct, third-degree strangulation, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree assault and second-degree harassment.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 6:05 p.m. Angelone was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Angelone slapped, and strangled the victim. When the victim called 911 Angelone took the victim’s phone and disconnected the call, police reported. Angelone was given a court date of Jan. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $50,000 surety bond.

Rocky Irish Jr., 32, of 8 Carroll Court, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 23 with risk of injury to child, breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 6:15 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and boyfriend. During the altercation, police reported, they walked outside where they confronted a neighbor. They threatened to harm one of the neighbor’s children, police reported. Irish was given a court date of Jan. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.

Eroll Hodza, 29, of 8 Carroll Court, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 23 with risk of injury to child, breach of peace, second-degree threatening and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 6:15 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and boyfriend. During the altercation, police reported, they walked outside where they confronted a neighbor. They threatened to harm one of the neighbor’s children, police reported. Hodza was given a court date of Jan. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 8:49 p.m. Hodza was being held on domestic related charges. When Hodza was escorted to a cell, he purposely clogged the toilet to flood the cell, police reported. Hodza was given a court date of Jan. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

Roger Jensen, 26, of 120 City Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 24 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Jan. 24 at approximately 8:18 p.m. Jensen was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Jensen was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

John Kosko, 27, of 709 Maple Hill Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 24 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on Jan. 24 at approximately 8:18 p.m. Kosko was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Kosko was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $15,000 surety bond.

Erika Mizell, 47, of 5444 East Alder Ave., Mesa, was charged Jan. 24 with first-degree custodial interference, risk of injury to child and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Police reported on Jan. 24 Mizell turned herself in on an outstanding arrest warrant stemming back to an incident that occurred on or about Sept. 18, 2016 in which Mizell was involved in a domestic custodial interference incident involving an 8-year-old child that was taken by Mizell and two other family members to Arizona without the permission of the adoptive parents. Mizell appeared in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 24.

Megan Mizell, 24, of 526 East Terrace, Gilbert, was charged Jan. 24 with first-degree custodial interference, risk of injury to child and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Delmar Rose, 26, of 145 Lantern Park Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 25 with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 25 at approximately 1:20 a.m. Rose turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Rose hit and strangled the victim. Rose was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $7,500 surety bond.

Amandio Alves, 41, of 44 Tracy Ann Court, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 25 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Jan. 25 at approximately 5:42 p.m. officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Church Street. Police reported Alves struck the victim’s vehicle in rear bumper causing damage; no injuries were reported. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Alves was operating under the influence of alcohol. Alves was given a court date of Feb. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

Michelle Nunez, 41, of 137 Fairlawn Ave., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 25 with violation of protective order, violation of conditions of release and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Jan. 25 at approximately 6:09 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. Police reported Nunez arrived at the victim’s home, which was a violation of an active protective order. During an argument, police reported, Nunez pushed the victim. Nunez was given a court date of Jan. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.

Police reported on Jan. 25 at approximately 10:24 p.m. officers responded to a violation of a protective order. After recently being released from a previous arrest, Police reported, Nunez arrived at the victim’s home. This was determined to be a violation of an active protective order. During the booking process, police reported, Nunez pushed and punched at one of the officers. She also grabbed the officer’s wrist which caused his watch to break, police reported. Nunez was given a court date of Jan. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $25,000 surety bond.

Kevon Mahadeo, 31, of 109 Beach 56th Place, Arverne, was charged Jan. 25 with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with and officer.

Police reported on Jan. 25 at approximately 10:59 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Mahadeo stole clothing valued at $97.87. When Mahadeo was approached by asset protection, police reported, he left the area. Mahadeo was located in the area by the Officer. Police reported Mahadeo initially gave the officer a false name and date of birth. Mahadeo was given a court date of Jan. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

Braulio Duarte, 43, of 95 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 26 with home improvements without registration.

Police reported on Jan. 26 Duarte was arrested on an active arrest warrant while at court. Duarte was given a court date of Jan. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and was held on a court-set $1,000 surety bond.

Nicholle Mulready, 31, of Waterbury, was charged Jan. 26 with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on Jan. 26 at approximately 4:47 p.m. officers responded to Big Y for a larceny complaint. Police reported Mulready and Joseph Torrice Jr. stole 19 packages of razors valued at $256.80. Mulready was given a court date of Jan. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

Police reported on Jan. 26 at approximately 4:29 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Mulready and Joseph Torrice Jr. stole packages of razors and lighters valued at $84.01. When they were approached by asset protection, they dropped the merchandise and left the store, police reported. During the investigation, police reported, they were identified and later taken into custody. Mulready was given a court date of Jan. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

Police reported on Jan. 26 Mulready was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Mulready was given a court date of Jan. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $511 cash bond.

Joseph Torrice Jr., 32, of 218 Oak St., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 26 with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on Jan. 26 at approximately 4:47 p.m. officers responded to Big Y for a larceny complaint. Police reported Torrice and Nicholle Mulready stole 19 packages of razors valued at $256.80. Mulready was given a court date of Jan. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

Police reported on Jan. 26 at approximately 4:29 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Torrice and Nicholle Mulready stole packages of razors and lighters valued at $84.01. Police reported on Jan. 26 Torrice was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Torrice was given a court date of Jan. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

Thomas Dowsett, 32, of last known address 240 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 27 with seven counts of third-degree burglary, three counts of sixth-degree larceny, five counts of third-degree criminal mischief, three counts of third-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny, credit card by transfer, false statement to procure issuance of credit card and second-degree identity theft.

Police reported on Jan. 27 at approximately 8:30 a.m. Dowsett was arrested on warrants while at court. The warrants were for a commercial and residential burglaries reported in September 2016 and October 2016. Dowsett was given a court date of Jan. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

William Burns, 19, of 1377 Scard Road, Wallingford, was charged Jan. 27 with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on Jan. 27 at approximately 7:18 a.m. officers responded to St. Francis concession building for a possible burglary. When the officers arrived, police reported, they observed a broken window. The officers entered the building and located the Burns inside, police reported. During the investigation, police reported, Burns was found to be in possession of 0.9 ounces of marijuana. Burns was given a court date of Feb. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

Mark Silveira, 29, of 285 Hillside Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 27 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Jan. 27 at approximately 3:45 p.m. an officer responded to Hillside Avenue for a possible larceny. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Silveira took a package from the victim’s porch after it was delivered by a postal worker. The contents of the package were valued at $12. The package was recovered and returned to the victim. Silveira was given a court date of Feb. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Joao Rebimbas, 39, of 51 Geraldine Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 27 with third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Jan. 27 at 4:05 p.m. officers were dispatched to a vandalism report on Geraldine Lane. Upon investigation, police reported, they found that Rebimbas had thrown eggs at a residence causing damage to residence. Rebimbas was given a court date of Feb. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

Samir Gouriny, 26, of 4 Atwood Road, Woodbury, was charged Jan. 28 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Jan. 28 at approximately 12:23 a.m. an officer initiated a motor vehicle investigation on North Church Street. Through the officer’s investigation, police reported, Gouriny was found to be operating under the influence of alcohol. Gouriny was given a court date of Feb. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

Gino Defilippo, 26, of 47 Highland Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 28 with driving under the influence, illegally carrying a firearm under the influence and failure to carry pistol permit.

Police reported on Jan. 28 at 2:04 a.m. officers were dispatched to McDonalds on New Haven Road on a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officers located the vehicle pulled up to one of the drive-up windows and observed that the operator was sleeping behind the wheel of the vehicle that was running, police reported. Defilippo was discovered to be in possession of a firearm without possessing a permit, police reported. Defilippo was given a court date of Feb. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

Justin Bohn, 38, of 289 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 29 with assaulting public safety/emergency personnel, violation of probation/conditional discharge and first-degree failure to appear.

Ingrid June, 53, of 85 Warm Earth Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 29 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 29 at approximately 7:16 p.m. officers responded to 85 Warm Earth Road for a domestic disturbance between family members. During an incident, police reported, the victim advised that June struck him in the back with an electrical cord during an argument between the two. June was given a court date of Jan. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
