The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Beatriz Campos, 19, of 274 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 16 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 16 at approximately 8:53 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between adult brother and sister. During an argument, police reported, William Deandrade spit at Campos and Campos pushed Deandrade. Campos was given a court date of Jan. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

William Deandrade, 32, of 274 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 16 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 16 at approximately 8:53 a.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between adult brother and sister. During an argument, police reported, Deandrade spit at Beatriz Campos and Campos pushed Deandrade. Deandrade was given a court date of Jan. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

Edward Gotlibowski, 50, of 46 Lines Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 16 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Jan. 16 at approximately 3:29 p.m. Gotlibowski was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Gotlibowski was given a court date of Jan. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $50 cash bond.

Ervin Ymeri, 20, of 170 Crestwood Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 16 with breach of peace, third-degree stalking and fourth-degree sexual assault.

Police reported on Jan. 16 at approximately 3:56 p.m. an officer responded to a suspicious person complaint. Police reported Ymeri arrived at the victim’s home when she was in driveway. The victim did not see Ymeri when he hugged her from behind, police reported. The victim pushed him away and he attempted to hug her again, without permission, police reported. Ymeri is an acquaintance of the victim. Ymeri was given a court date of Jan. 17 appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $25,000 surety bond.

Anita Diaz, 53, of 28 White Rose Ave., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 16 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on Jan. 16 at approximately 7:42 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Rubber Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, Diaz and Amber Shirling-Davis were found to be in possession of marijuana, Xanax and smoking pipes. Diaz was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Amber Shirling-Davis, 22, of 650 Congress Ave., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 16 with possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on Jan. 16 at approximately 7:42 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Rubber Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, Shirling-Davis and Anita Diaz were found to be in possession of marijuana, Xanax and smoking pipes. Shirling-Davis was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Dylan Jones, 21, of 101 Russell St., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 17 with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell in a school zone and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on Jan. 17 at approximately 4:28 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Rubber Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Jones was in possession of marijuana and a digital scale. Jones was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

Jodi Deziel, 42, of 51 Rockledge Drive, Waterbury, was charged Jan. 17 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Jan. 17 at approximately 5:10 p.m. an officer responded to an erratic driver on Beacon Valley Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Deziel was operating under the influence of alcohol. Deziel was given a court date of Jan. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Devin Mattie, 18, of 647 Millville Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 17 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on Jan. 17 at approximately 7:25 p.m. Mattie turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Mattie was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $100 cash bond.

Steven Lister, 19, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 17 with second-degree robbery, risk of injury, conspiracy to commit robbery, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and breach of peace.

Victor Foster, Jr., 26, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 17 with second-degree robbery, risk of injury, conspiracy to commit robbery, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and breach of peace.

Dylan Jones, 21, of 101 Russell St., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 17 with second-degree stalking and second-degree harassment.

Police reported on Jan. 17 at approximately 4:28 p.m. Jones was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a harassing phone call complaint made on Dec. 18, 2016. Police reported Jones sent threatening messages through text and social media to the victim. Jones also drove onto the victim’s property, police reported. Jones was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $2,500 surety bond.

Terrel Nealy, 37, of 1579 Hamilton Ave., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 18 with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

Police reported on Jan. 18 at approximately 1:33 a.m. Nealy was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a counterfeit check complaint. Police reported Nealy was in possession of stolen and counterfeit checks. Nealy was given a court date of Feb. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

Brian Collins, 31, of 42 Tawny Thrush Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 18 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on Jan. 18 at approximately 7:14 a.m. Collins turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Collins was given a court date of Jan. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $5,000 surety bond.

Elizabeth Springmeyer, 27, of 76 Carroll St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 18 with second-degree burglary, disorder conduct, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Jan. 18 at approximately 9:34 a.m. an officer responded to Carroll Street for a burglary. Springmeyer, who is known to the victim, entered the victim’s home without permission, police reported. Money was reported missing from the home. During the investigation, police reported, Springmeyer was identified and determined to be wanted on an active arrest warrant. Springmeyer was given a court date of Jan. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.

Jhovanny Sanchez, 29, of 38 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 18 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Jan. 18 at approximately 2:45 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Sanchez stole a Xbox One Headset valued at $69.96 and left the store prior to the officers’ arrival. During the investigation, police reported, officers were able to identify Sanchez and he was arrested at approximately 5:30 p.m. Sanchez was given a court date of Feb. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Jose Santiago, 42, of 247 Long Hill Road, Waterbury, was charged Jan. 18 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Jan. 18 at approximately 8:43 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Santiago stole six packages of Trojan condoms valued at $49.29. Santiago was given a court date of Jan. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

David Carrero, 40, of 11 Samuel St., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 19 with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Jan. 19 Carrero was arrested on an active arrest warrant while at court. The warrant was for a larceny from a vehicle. Police reported Carrero damaged a window to gain entry and stole power tools. The stolen tools were valued at $2,380, police reported. Carrero was given a court date of Jan. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

Matthew Grillo, 20, of 41 Locust St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 19 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Police reported on Jan. 19 at approximately 11:08 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Meadow Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Grillo was wanted on an active arrest warrant. Grillo was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $2,500 surety bond.

Jamie Genovese, 46, of 28 Goodyear Ave., Naugatuck, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported Genovese was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred on Jan. 3, 2017 in which it was determined that Genovese had illegally transferred utility power within a multi-family dwelling from his residential unit to another residential unit, resulting in the other residential unit tenant being billed for the accused’s utility power usage, police reported. Genovese was given a court date of Feb. 1 to appear in Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $200 bond.

Maloney Laurie, 60, of 275 Quinn St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 19 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Jan. 19 at approximately 8 p.m. officers investigated a suspicious motor vehicle complaint in which the vehicle involved was determined to have evaded from crashes in both Watertown and Middlebury. Upon interviewing the operator, officers determined that Maloney was impaired, police reported. Maloney was given a court date of Jan. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

Samuel Matos-Cordero, 28, of 55 Green St., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 19 with non-student in possession of drugs near a school, high school or daycare, narcotics kept only in original container and possession of controlled substance.

Police reported an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Route 8 Exit 26 at Maple Street. During the investigation, police reported, Matos-Cordero was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics/controlled substances. Matos-Cordero was released on a $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Feb. 1.

April Lynn Hall, 30, of 15 South New St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 20 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Jan. 20 at approximately 12:50 a.m. officers responded to McDonalds on New Haven Road on a suspicious vehicle/person complaint. During the investigation, police reported, officers determined that Hall was impaired. Hall was given a court date of Feb. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,000 bond.

William Bowser, Jr., 49, of 49 Barn Finch Circle, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 20 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Jan. 20 at approximately 9 p.m. officers conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Bowser was operating under the influence of alcohol. Bowser was given a court date of Feb. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

Julio Rodriguez, Jr., 25, of 3 Grove St., Danbury, was charged Jan. 20 with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Jan. 20 at approximately at approximately 11:48 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Rodriguez damaged a door trying to gain entry to the apartment. Rodriguez was given a court date of Jan. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Wayne Lequire, 45, of 110 Marjorie St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 21 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Jan. 21 at approximately 7:03 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Lequire took merchandise off the shelves and fraudulently returned them for cash. The total amount of fraudulent returns was $81.20, police reported. Lequire was given a court date of Feb. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

Janette Russell, 25, of 53 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan.21 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Jan. 21 at approximately 8:27 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Russell was wanted on an active arrest warrant. Russell was given a court date of Jan. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $100 cash bond.

Jordan Withington, 32, of 635 W. Lakeside Boulevard, Waterbury, was charged Jan. 21 with evading responsibility.

Police reported on Jan. 21 at approximately 9:49 p.m. Withington turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an evading motor vehicle accident that occurred on Nov. 24, 2016. Police reported Withington struck an unoccupied, parked vehicle and left the area. Withington was given a court date of Feb. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $1,000 surety bond.

Infinitti Robinson, 21, of 95 Easton Ave., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 22 with illegal sale of controlled substance by non-drug-dependent person, distribution of controlled substance with 1,500 of a school and possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on Jan. 22 at approximately 7:03 p.m. Robinson was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a narcotics investigation during the months of November and December of 2016. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Robinson was in possession of and distributing narcotics/controlled substances. Robinson was given a court date of Jan. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $150,000 surety bond.

Paul Carmody, 55, of 73 Beacon Manor, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 22 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Jan. 22 at approximately 3 p.m. officers responded to New Haven Road for a disabled motor vehicle. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Carmody was operating under the influence. Carmody was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released until his court date.

Natalie Fiore, 29, of 1081 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 22 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Jan. 22 at approximately 3:38 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Fiore stole $5.32 worth of merchandise. Fiore was given a court date of Feb. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Nathan Lord, 23, of 20 Washington St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 22 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Jan. 22 at approximately 9:38 p.m. officers responded to Fairview Avenue for a motor vehicle accident. There were no injuries reported. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Lord was operating under the influence. Lord was given a court date of Feb. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
