Jason Longo, 39, of 105 Grove St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 9 with driving under the influence.
Police reported on Jan. 9 at approximately 8:43 p.m. Longo turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Aug. 16, 2016 on Hillside Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Longo was operating under the influence of a narcotic. Longo was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $500 surety bond.
Martin Gamalski, 47, of 89 Celentano Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 9 with second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on Jan. 9 at approximately 9:52 a.m. Gamalski was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Gamalski was given a court date of Jan. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.
Samuel Vega, 45, of 27 George St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan 10 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.
Police reported on Jan. 10 at approximately 10:54 a.m. Vega was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Vega was given a court date of Jan. 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $150,000 surety bond.
Robert Teck, 47, of 75 Taylor St., Torrington, was charged Jan. 10 with sixth-degree larceny.
Police reported on Jan. 10 at approximately 5:11 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Teck stole 24 packages of Bic lighters valued at $84.41. Teck was given a court date of Jan. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $15,000 non-surety bond.
Matthew Solberg, 28, of 542 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 10 with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on Jan. 10 at approximately 7:50 p.m. Solberg was arrested on active arrest warrants. Solberg was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set surety bond.
Phyllip Fraser, 47, of 26 Vine St., Bridgeport, was charged Jan. 10 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Jan. 10 at approximately 10:30 p.m. Fraser was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on Dec. 12, 2016. During an argument, police reported, Fraser grabbed the victim and shook her. Fraser was given a court date of Jan. 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $1,000 surety bond.
Nakeem Robinson, 23, of 96 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 11 with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school zone, possession of drug paraphernalia, risk of injury to a minor, first-degree forgery, and criminal possession of a firearm and/or ammunition.
Police reported Robinson was served an active arrest warrant at Waterbury Superior Court stemming from a series of incidents that occurred during November and December of 2016 in which Robinson was found to have been in possession of narcotics and controlled substances and distributing narcotics/controlled substances in Naugatuck. Robinson was released back to the custody of the state Department of Corrections.
Colin LeClerc, 19, of 403 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.
Police reported LeClerc was served an active arrest warrant charging him with a burglary that occurred at the Peter J. Foley Little League club house located on 299 Scott. St. on June 5, 2016 and the Union City Little League Snack Shack located Morris Street on or about June 10, 2016. During these incidents, police reported, LeClerc forced entry into the buildings by breaking doors and stealing items from within. LeClerc was held on a $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 13.
Benjamin Day, 19, of 198 Spencer St., Naugatuck, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.
Police reported Day was served an active arrest warrant charging him with a burglary that occurred at the Peter J. Foley Little League club house located on 299 Scott. Tyler Rodriguez, 23, of 120 Thunderbird Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 11 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
Police reported on Jan. 11 at approximately 8:40 a.m. an officer responded to a disturbance at the Naugatuck High School. A female student stated she was assaulted by her boyfriend while waiting for the bus before school. During an argument, police reported, Rodriguez punched the victim. Rodriguez was given a court date of Jan. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.
Matthew Grillo, 19, of 41 Locust St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 11 with failure to respond to infraction.
Police reported on Jan. 11 at approximately 6:02 p.m. Grillo was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Grillo was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $75 cash bond.
Arthur McPherson, 34, of 173 Cross St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 11 with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to child.
Police reported on Jan. 11 at approximately 6:33 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, McPherson pushed the victim into a wall. There were children present during the altercation, police reported. McPherson was given a court date of Jan. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.
Cari Chinova, 25, of 49 Anderson St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 11 with second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on Jan. 11 at approximately 8:45 p.m. Chinova was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Chinova was given a court date of Jan. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
Jarrell Fulton, 30, of 151 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 11 with disorderly conduct and criminal violation of protective order.
Police reported on Jan. 11 at approximately 8:31 p.m. officers responded to a 911 hang up. When the officers arrived they determined there was a domestic disturbance that occurred in the home, between boyfriend and girlfriend. During the argument, police reported, Fulton threw a TV remote at Vanessa Rodriguez. Rodriguez pushed Fulton into a closet door causing damage to the doors, police reported. Fulton was given a court date of Jan. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
Vanessa Rodriguez, 28, of 151 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 11 with disorderly conduct.

Roselyn Teardo, 37, of 13 Buckingham St., Oakville, was charged Jan. 12 with failure to respond to infraction.
Police reported on Jan. 12 at approximately Teardo was arrested on an active failure to respond arrest warrant. Teardo was released on a $303.00 bond and scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Jan. 25.
Sorenna Na-Lewis, 27, of 58 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 12 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Jan. 12 at approximately 9:29 p.m. officers responded to 58 Aetna St. on a report of a domestic dispute. It was discovered through the investigation that Na-Lewis became involved in an argument with the victim that escalated and became physical when, according to the victim, Na-Lewis burned the victim on the arm with a lit cigarette, police reported. Na-Lewis was given a court date to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 13 and released on a $1.000 surety bond.
Andres Medina, 23, of 58 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 12 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Jan. 12 at approximately 9:29 p.m. officers responded to 58 Aetna St. on a report of a domestic dispute. It was discovered through the investigation that Medina became involved in an argument with the victim that escalated and became physical when, according to the victim, Medina struck the victim in the face. Medina was given a court date to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Jan. 13 and released on a $1.000 surety bond.
Danielle Burr, 36, of 181 North Elm St., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 13 with violation of probation.
Police reported on Jan. 13 at approximately 8:13 a.m. Burr turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Burr was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 court set surety bond.
Stephanie Rios, 32, of 73 Olive St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 14 with driving under the influence.
Police reported on Jan. 14 at approximately 11:38 p.m. an officer initiated a motor vehicle investigation on Spring Street near Porter Avenue and observed Rios fail to stop for a posted stop sign at the intersection and was stopped. Through the officer’s investigation, police reported, Rios was found to be operating under the influence of alcohol. Rios was given a court date of Jan. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
Chelsea Bryan, 29, of 116 Trowbridge Place, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 14 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
Police reported on Jan. 14 at approximately 11:14 p.m. officers responded to 116 Throwbridge Place for a domestic disturbance. During the incident, police reported, the victim advised that he and Bryan became involved in an argument that became physical when Bryan grabbed him by the arms and held him down by her throat. Bryan was given a court date of Jan. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
Niagrah Lisa Suggs, 20, of 145 Hoadley St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 15 with breach of peace.
Police reported on Jan. 14 at approximately 12:11 a.m. officers responded to New Haven Road near Ion Bank for a domestic disturbance. Upon speaking to the subjects involved, police reported, they advised that they had become involved in an argument that turned physical when Suggs pushed the victim and struck him with a tree branch. Suggs was given a court date of Jan. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.
