The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

STACY FRANCOUER, 44, of 569 Chestnut Tree Hill, Oxford, was charged Nov. 28 with use of motor vehicle without permission.

Police reported on Nov. 28 at approximately 9:49 a.m. an officer responded to 53 Conrad St. for a stolen motor vehicle report. Francouer, who is an acquaintance of the victim, took his vehicle without permission, police reported. Francouer was given a court date of Dec. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

DAVID SODERBERG, 35, of 13 Seth Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 29 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Nov. 29 at approximately 6:47 p.m. Soderberg turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Soderberg was given a court date of Dec. 12 to appear at Derby Superior Court and released on a court-set $75 cash bond.

XAVIER MARZAN, 25, of 158 School St., Bristol, was charged Nov. 30 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 30 Marzan was arrested at court on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on April 27 at CVS. Police reported Marzan stole $195.92 worth of Flonase allergy spray. Marzan was given a court date of Nov. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

RAUL LIMA, 43, of 142 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 30 with first-degree criminal trespass, and Dec. 2 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 30 Lima was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a trespassing complaint made on Sept. 25, 2016 at Stop & Shop. Police reported Lima was observed in the store after he was previously banned from the store. Lima was given a court date of Dec. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

Police reported on Dec. 2 Lima was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant stemmed from a shoplifting incident that occurred on Nov. 21, 2016 from the Cumberland Farms Store on Rubber Avenue. Lima was given a court date of Dec. 14 to appear in Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $150 bond.

DONOVAN BOSQUE, 35, of 47 Galpin St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 30 with violation of protective order and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 30 at approximately 6:41 a.m. Bosque turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of a protective order, which occurred on Oct. 31, 2016. Police reported Bosque entered the victim’s home in violation of the order. When the victim tried to use the phone to call for help, police reported, Bosque grabbed the phone from her. Bosque was given a court date of Nov. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $50,000 surety bond.

HEATHER HUNTLEY, 29, of 120 Warren Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 30 with use of motor vehicle without permission and sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 30 at approximately 5:51 p.m. Huntley was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on May 3, 2016. Police reported Huntley stole $20 and took the victim’s vehicle without permission. The victim is known to Huntley. Huntley was given a court date of Dec. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

JOSHUA STRILECKIS, 20, of 42 Clover St., Waterbury, was charged Nov. 30 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on Nov. 30 at approximately 11:57 p.m. Strileckis turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Strileckis was given a court date of Dec. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $100 cash bond.

JOSEPH CUSACK, 35, of 158 Bluebird Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 2 with evading responsibility and driving under the influence.

Police reported on Dec. 2 at approximately 6:46 p.m. officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on New Haven Road. Police reported Cusack was involved in an accident and left the scene. He was located in a parking lot near the accident. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Cusack was operating under the influence of alcohol. Cusack was given a court date of Dec. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

MARIA MARTEL, 24, of 22 Irion St., Waterbury, was charged with receipt of money/goods/services by illegal credit card use.

Police reported was served an active arrest warrant charging her with a larceny that was reported to Naugatuck police on April 5, 2016. Police reported the incident involved the illegal/unauthorized use of a credit card. Martel was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 14.

AUSTIN LAMEDICA, 26, of 109 Queens Road, Torrington, was charged Dec. 3 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 3 at approximately 4:46 p.m. officers were dispatched to Walmart, 1100 New Haven Road, on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Loss prevention advised that they observed Lamedica conceal items and exited the store without paying for them, police reported. Lamedica was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 14.

ALBERTO NEVES, 48, of 225 Meadow St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 3 with disorderly conduct and sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 3 at about 7 p.m. Naugatuck police received a report of a stolen dog. Police reported Neves, who is known to the victim, was found in possession of the dog walking around in the downtown area of Naugatuck. Neves was released on a non-monetary bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 14.

ALEXANDER ONESCHUK, 70, of 1057 Andrew Mountain Road, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 4 with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Dec. 4 at approximately 12:31 p.m. officers were dispatched to Walmart, 1100 New Haven Road, on a report of a shoplifting from the store. Loss prevention advised that they observed Oneschuk conceal items and exited the store without paying for them, police reported. Oneschuk had also previously been banned from the property, police reported. Oneschuk was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Dec. 14.
