The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

WILLIAM GAVRISH, 53, of 243 Bethany Road, Beacon Falls, was charged Oct. 1 with evading responsibility.

Police reported on Oct. 1 at approximately 2:31 p.m. officers responded to High Street and Woodland Street for an evading motor vehicle accident. Police reported Gavrish struck a wall and drove from the scene. Gavrish was given a court date of Oct. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

MATTHEW SOLBERG, 28, of 542 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 6 with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear

Police reported on Oct. 6 at approximately 4:46 p.m. Solberg was arrested on active arrest warrants Solberg was given a court date of Oct. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a cash bond.

JOANNA FORD-SEGETTI, 39, of 22 Nichols Road, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 7 with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Oct. 7 at approximately 10:22 p.m. officers responded to 22 Nichols Road for a domestic disturbance between father and daughter. During an argument, police reported, the accused yelled and chased the victim in the home. When the victim attempted to call 911, police reported, Ford-Segetti threw a phone at the victim knocking his phone out of his hand. Ford-Segetti was given a court date of Oct. 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
