The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

ANTONIO PINTO, 67, of 16 Hard St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 22 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 22 at approximately 11:25 a.m. Pinto was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle investigation on June 10, 2016 on South Main Street. Police reported that several motorists reported Pinto was driving erratically by swerving into oncoming traffic. Based on the investigation, police reported, Pinto was found to be operating under the influence of a marijuana. Pinto was given a court date of Aug. 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

BRIAN JACKSON, 20, of 8 Pond St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 22 with second-degree conspiracy at robbery.

Police reported on Aug. 22 at approximately 6:48 p.m. officers responded to Salem Park on Meadow Street for a report of a robbery. The juvenile male victim was with the accuseds in the area of Hillside Avenue. Police reported the victim was sitting on the guardrail when John Daisey pushed the victim over the guardrail. Daisey took the victim’s wallet out of his pocket when he pushed the victim over the guardrail, police reported. All the accuseds then ran from the area. Jackson and Daisey were located on Rubber Avenue by the officers. Chris Silva-Hicks was located at an address on Rubber Avenue, where he was taken into custody. Jackson was given a court date of Aug. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

CHRISTOPHER SILVA-HICKS, 20, of 360 Schraffts Drive, Waterbury, was charged Aug. 22 with second-degree conspiracy at robbery.

Police reported on Aug. 22 at approximately 6:48 p.m. officers responded to Salem Park on Meadow Street for a report of a robbery. The juvenile male victim was with the accuseds in the area of Hillside Avenue. Police reported the victim was sitting on the guardrail when John Daisey pushed the victim over the guardrail. Silva-Hicks was given a court date of Aug. 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

JOHN DAISEY, 18, of 27 Patricia Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 22 with second-degree conspiracy at robbery and second-degree robbery.

MAURIZIO GENOVESI, 25, of 20 Gus St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 25 with disorderly conduct and criminal lockout.

Police reported on Aug. 25 at approximately 11:55 p.m. officers responded to 20 Gus St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Genovesi locked the victim out of her home and refused to allow her access. Genovesi was given a court date of Aug. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

MICHELLE CONIGLIARO, 33, of 40 Briarwood Road, Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 26 with driving under the influence, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Aug. 26 at approximately 3:52 p.m. officers responded to 87 Maple St. for an intoxicated female attempting to enter a vehicle. Upon the officers’ arrival, police reported, Conigliaro was seated in the vehicle on Maple Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Conigliaro was operating under the influence of alcohol. Conigliaro was given a court date of Sept. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Police reported on Aug. 26 at approximately 8:26 p.m. officers responded to 40 Briarwood Road for a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. During an argument, police reported, Conigliaro pushed the victim and grabbed her around her neck. Conigliaro was given a court date of Aug. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

JOSELITO SANTIAGO, 26, of 198 Wolcott St., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 27 with criminal possession of a pistol or revolver, attempt to commit at home invasion, attempt to commit first-degree burglary, first-degree reckless endangerment, risk of injury to child, second-degree criminal mischief, unlawful discharge of firearms, alteration of firearm identification mark, number or name, carrying of pistol or revolver without permit and weapons in vehicles.

JAMES DICKINSON, 44, of 5 Country Court, Beacon Falls, was charged Aug. 27 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Aug. 27 at approximately 5:26 p.m. Dickinson was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Dickinson was given a court date of Sept. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $140 court-set cash bond.

JEFFREY CURTIS, 29, of 16 Colonial Drive, Rocky Hill, was charged Aug. 28 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Aug. 28 at approximately 12:32 a.m. officers responded to 55 Golden Hill St. for an assault. Curtis was visiting a friend at her home. Police reported Curtis was intoxicated and began to argue with the friend’s father. During the argument, police reported, Curtis fought with the victim. Curtis was given a court date of Sept. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

ALBERTO NIEVES, 32, of 129 Congress Ave., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 28 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 28 at approximately 11:30 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for parties arguing inside a vehicle. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Nieves was operating under the influence of alcohol. Nieves was given a court date of Sept. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

ANGEL EDGAR CURET, 28, of 27 Newman Ave., 4b, Waterbury, was charged Aug. 28 with threatening and breach of peace.

Police reported on Aug. 28 at approximately 5 p.m. Curet was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on July 23, 2016 between husband and wife. During a phone conversation, police reported, Curet threatened to harm the victim. Curet was given a court date of Aug. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.
