The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

RALPH GARMON, 46, of 34 Bridge St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 8 with second-degree violation of conditions of release.

Police reported on Aug. 8 at approximately 9:30 a.m. Garmon was arrested on an active arrest warrant while at court. The warrant was for a violation of conditions of release reported on Aug. 6, 2016. Garmon was arrested earlier in the night and was released with a conditions of release. One of the conditions is not to make contact with the victim. After Garmon was released he called the victim three times, police reported. Garmon was given a court date of Aug. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

DANIEL NUNEZ, 25, of 132 Mansfield Ave., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 8 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Aug. 8 at approximately 9:47 p.m. Nunez turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Nunez was given a court date of Aug. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

RYAN MUSBEK, 26, of 87 North State St., Seymour, was charged Aug. 9 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on Aug. 9 at approximately 7:31 a.m. Musbek turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Musbek was given a court date of Aug. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $100 cash bond.

WILLOW MARTIN, 19, of 208 Millville Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 10 with first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Aug. 10 at approximately 9:36 a.m. Martin was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The accused was given a court date of Aug. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set surety bond.

BRIAN JACKSON, 20, of last known address 421 East Main St., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 10 with third-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.

Police reported on Aug. 10 at approximately 9:10 a.m. officers responded to Ion Bank on Church Street for a trespassing complaint. Jackson, who is a not a customer of the bank, was told in the past not to enter the bank, police reported. In the past, police reported, Jackson used a computer in the bank’s lobby to look up inappropriate websites. He was advised not to return to the bank by employees. On Aug. 10, police reported, Jackson was seen in the bank lobby he left prior to the officers’ arrival. Jackson was located walking on Church Street. Jackson was given a court date of Aug. 18, 2016 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

GERALDINE RELYEA, 48, of 770 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 10 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Aug. 10 at approximately 2:14 p.m. officers responded to 770 New Haven Road for a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. During an argument, police reported, they threw items at each other. Relyea was given a court date of Aug. 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on $500 non-surety bonds.

KAYLA RELYEA, 23, of 770 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 10 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Aug. 10 at approximately 2:14 p.m. officers responded to 770 New Haven Road for a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. During an argument, police reported, they threw items at each other. Relyea was struck with a toy, which caused injury to her right eye, police reported. Relyea was given a court date of Aug. 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on $500 non-surety bonds.

KARINA BAILLARGEON, 29, of 107 Meadow St., Newington, was charged Aug. 11 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 11 at approximately 10:51 p.m. an officer responded to 83 Prospect St. for a suspicious motor vehicle. Upon the officer’s arrival he observed Baillargeon’s vehicle was stuck on a curb/wall and was unable to be freed by the operator, police reported. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Baillargeon was operating under the influence of alcohol. Baillargeon was given a court date of Aug. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

GILBERTO GARCIA, 55, of 325 North Bishop Ave., Bridgeport, was charged Aug. 11 with evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on Aug. 11 at approximately 12:19 p.m. Garcia was arrested on an active warrant. The warrant was for an evading motor vehicle accident reported on Sept. 25, 2016. Police reported Garcia backed into the victim’s vehicle on City Hill Street and left the scene. Garcia was given a court date of Aug. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 court-set surety bond.

JOHN MARSHAL RICHARD, 48, of 43 Brentley Drive, Shelton, was charged Aug. 12 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Aug. 12 at approximately 6:42 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Richard stole $262 worth of merchandise. Richard was given a court date of Aug. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

JASON SHUSTER, 42, of 397 Hillside Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 12 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Aug. 12 at approximately 6:58 p.m. an officer responded to Hillside Avenue for fraudulent use of a credit card. Shuster, who lives with the victim, used the victim’s debit card without permission, police reported. Shuster withdrew $200 and made a transaction of $22 at a store from the victim’s account, police reported. Shuster was given a court date of Aug. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

AMY KOSCAL, 36, of 12 Cliff St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 12 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 12 at approximately 10:59 p.m. an officer responded to Aetna Street for a motor vehicle accident. Police reported Koscal was traveling West on Aetna Street when she struck three parked vehicles. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Koscal was operating under the influence of alcohol. Koscal was given a court date of Aug. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

CARLOS ALMODOVAR, 35, of 54 Olson Drive, Ansonia, was charged Aug. 13 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Aug. 13 at approximately 2:30 a.m. an officer responded to Cumberland Farms on Rubber Avenue for a threatening complaint. Police reported Almodovar was intoxicated and was yelling profanities at the victim, who is an employee. When the victim told Almodovar to leave the store, police reported, Almodovar threatened to hurt him. Almodovar was given a court date of Aug. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

FRANK TOMPKINS, 26, of 94 Gorman St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 13 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Aug. 13 at approximately 6:34 p.m. officers responded to Meadow Street for a suspicious person complaint. Upon the officer’s arrival, police reported, he observed Tompkins walking on the sidewalk on Meadow Street carrying a kitchen knife. Tompkins was ordered to drop with knife, which he did. Tompkins was given a court date of Aug. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

SARA SCHOLL, 20, of 827 Oronoke Road, Waterbury, was charged Aug. 14 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 14 at approximately 12:14 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Maple Street. Police reported Scholl was traveling West over Maple Street Bridge, which is clearly marked for east-bound traffic only. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Scholl was operating under the influence of alcohol. Scholl was given a court date of Aug. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

LISA LAWTON, 56, of 274 Spencer St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 14 with second-degree harassment.

Police reported on Aug. 14 at approximately 7:21 p.m. officers responded to Spencer Street for a harassing phone call complaint. Lawton was advised to refrain from contact with the victim in past. Police reported Lawton sent the victim 40 text messages using vulgarities. Lawton was given a court date of Aug. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

SAMANTHA PODSCHELNE, 39, of 1 Larson Drive, Danbury, was charged Aug. 14 with possession of controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on Aug. 14 at approximately 8 p.m. an officer stopped to assist two people walking on North Church Street. While assisting the parties, Podschelne, was found to be in possession of heroin and hypodermic needles, police reported. Podschelne was given a court date of Aug. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

ROBERT MILLER, 37, of 34 Hotchkiss St., New Haven, was charged Aug. 14 with criminal impersonation.

Police reported on Aug. 14 at approximately 8 p.m. an officer stopped to assist two people walking on North Church Street. While assisting the parties, Miller, gave the officer a false name. Miller was given a court date of Aug. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

MARC CASTELLANO, 42, of 65 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 15 with second-degree failure to appear.
