The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

CLAUDIO PEREZ, 42, of 56 Lewis St., Waterbury, was charged June 27 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on June 27 at approximately 6:45 p.m. officers responded to Hunters Mountain Road for a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Perez was operating under the influence of alcohol. Perez was given a court date of July 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

MARIA SOTO, 38, of 20 Post St., Waterbury, was charged June 28 with credit card theft, illegal use of credit card, receiving goods illegal credit card, third-degree identity theft and fourth-degree larceny.

Police reported on June 28 at approximately 9:57 a.m. Soto was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on Aug. 16, 2015. Police reported Soto fraudulently used the victim’s debit card to make numerous purchases from a grocery store and other retailers in the amount of $1,892. Soto is an acquaintance of the victim, police reported. Soto was given a court date of July 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

JESSE MACKIE, 29, of 17 Townsend St., Middlebury, was charged June 28 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on June 28 at approximately 1:35 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Allerton Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Mackie was operating under the influence of alcohol. Mackie was given a court date of July 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

CHRISTINE DMUCHOWSKI, 55, of 77 South Main St., Naugatuck, was charged June 28 with breach of peace.

Police reported on June 28 at approximately 1:37 a.m. officers responded to Applewood Lane for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Dmuchowski arrived at the victim’s home and banged on the door disturbing neighbors. When the officers arrived, police reported, Dmuchowski continued to yell at the victim and at the officers. Dmuchowski refused to stop shouting, police reported. Dmuchowski was given a court date of June 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

DAVE KLOC, 19, of 41 Tanglewood Lane, Naugatuck, was charged June 29 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on June 29 at approximately 12:18 a.m. Kloc was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The accused was given a court date of July 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.
