The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

MICHAEL JOHNSON, 23, of 81 Walnut St., Waterbury, was charged April 4 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 4 at approximately 2 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Oak Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Johnson was operating under the influence of alcohol. Johnson was given a court date of April 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ROBERT HUBBARD, 31, of 255 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged April 4 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on April 4 at approximately 2:55 p.m. officers responded to 255 Spring St. for a domestic disturbance between brother and sister. During an argument, police reported, Hubbard pushed the victim. Hubbard was given a court date of April 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

DASHON RUSSELL, 18, of 84 Lorann Drive, Naugatuck, was charged April 4 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on April 4 at approximately 5:36 p.m. Russell turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Russell was given a court date of April 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $50 cash bond.

CIARA R. CICCIO, 23, of 65 Joshua Town Road, Waterbury, was charged April 5 with possession of controlled substance: narcotics, possession of controlled substance: less than 4 ounces of marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on April 5 at approximately 5:57 p.m. officers responded to CVS parking lot on Bridge Street for a report of a female unconscious in a vehicle. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Ciccio was under the influence of heroin. Police reported Ciccio was found to be in possession of 0.14 ounces of heroin and a syringe. Ciccio was given a court date of April 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

EDWARD BUEHLER, 47, of 215 Kneece Road, Bradley, was charged April 5 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on April 5 at approximately 7:39 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Buehler was wanted on an active arrest warrant out of Derby. Buehler was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Derby Superior Court and released on a court-set $129 cash bond.

JUSTIN MASEK, 27, of 26 Perch Road, Shelton, was charged April 6 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 6 at approximately 3:40 a.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Masek stole a phone charger valued at $41.35. Masek was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

TRAVIS WALDO, 35, of 5 General Patton Drive, Naugatuck, was charged April 6 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on April 6 at approximately 4:37 p.m. Waldo was arrested on two active arrest warrants. Waldo was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set surety bond.

PHILIP KRYZANOWSKI, 33, of 21 Bradley St., Naugatuck, was charged April 6 with violation of probation.

Police reported on April 6 at approximately 10:30 p.m. Kryzanowski turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Kryzanowski was given a court date of April 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

KENDRA VEACH, 21, of 32 Dunn Lane, Naugatuck, was charged April 7 with driving under the influence and evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on April 7 at approximately 1:04 a.m. an officer responded to an evading motor vehicle accident in the area of Spring Street and Bridge Street. Police reported Veach struck a fence on Spring Street and drove away. Veach was located and stopped by an officer on North Church Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Veach was operating under the influence of alcohol. Veach was given a court date of April 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

RYAN MURZYN, 28, of 195 South Road, New Hartford, was charged April 7 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 7 at approximately 1:14 a.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Murzyn stole Asprin, Tylenol, Advil and Alkaseltzer totaling $377.51. Murzyn was given a court date of April 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

SAMANTHA BERGERON, 33, of 58 Williams St., Thomaston, was charged April 7 with issuing a bad check, sixth-degree larceny and violation of probation.

Police reported on April 7 Bergeron was arrested on two active arrest warrants. One warrant was for a larceny complaint. Police reported Bergeron gave the victim three checks that were returned from the bank due to the bank was not able to locate the accused’s account. Bergeron was given a court date of April 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set bond.

DENISHA WELLS, 29, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 7 with second-degree forgery.

Police reported on April 7 at approximately 7:54 a.m. Wells was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a forgery complaint. Police reported Wells altered an official fire report. The Naugatuck Fire Department responded to a kitchen fire at Wells’ home on Dec. 16, 2015. The fire department generated a report documenting the response and actions taken by the fire department. Police reported Wells altered the report by adding what caused the fire. Wells was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

DANIEL JONES, 18, of 35 Ward St., Naugatuck, was charged April 7 with voyeuristic recording of another person, disseminating voyeuristic material and breach of peace.

Police reported on April 7 Jones was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The arrest warrant was for a pornography complaint made on March 16, 2016. Police reported Jones made a video of a sexual act performed by a juvenile female who is known to him. The video was taken without the victim’s consent or knowledge, police reported. Jones was given a court date of April 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $25,000 surety bond.

ZACHARY KAYSER, 21, of 139 Woodfield Drive, Middlebury, was charged April 8 with evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on April 8 at approximately 11:30 p.m. Kayser was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an evading motor vehicle accident reported on March 18, 2016. Police reported Kayser backed into the victim’s vehicle and left the area. Kayser was given a court date of April 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 cash bond.

TYLER KALMAN, 26, of 759 George St., New Haven, was charged April 8 with second-degree harassment and threatening.

Police reported on April 8 at approximately 7:15 a.m. Kalman turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a threatening complaint made on Jan. 6, 2016. Police reported Kalman contacted the victim through text messaging when he was advised not to. Police reported Kalman also threatened to harm one of the victim’s friends. Kalman was given a court date of April 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $1,500 surety bond.

PAULO CUNHA, 45, of 166 Bluebird Drive, Naugatuck, was charged April 8 with breach of peace.

Police reported on April 8 at approximately 10:30 a.m. Cunha turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a disturbance that was reported on March 23, 2016. The victim was in bar in Naugatuck when Cunha inappropriately kissed the victim, police reported. The victim did not consent to the kiss and immediately pulled away from Cunha. Police reported Cunha was known to patrons of the bar but not to the victim. Cunha was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

CARLOS PASCOAL, 32, of 560 North Church St., Naugatuck, was charged April 8 with first-degree larceny motor vehicle theft.

Police reported on April 8 at approximately 1:23 a.m. an officer investigated a stolen motor vehicle complaint. Police reported Pascoal took the victim’s vehicle without permission. The victim is known to Pascoal. Police reported Pascoal and the vehicle were located in Waterbury, where Pascoal was taken into custody. Pascoal was given a court date of April 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

MICHAEL LARA, 30, of 89 Nash St., New Haven, was charged April 8 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 8 at approximately 2:05 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on the off ramp of Rote 8 Exit 26. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Lara was operating under the influence of alcohol. Lara was given a court date of April 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

MICHAEL GERASIMOPOULOS, 35, of 135 Westford Drive, Southport, was charged April 8 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 8 at approximately 3:42 a.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Gerasimopoulos stole $100.35 worth of merchandise. Gerasimopoulos was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

EDWARD DAJNEROWICZ, 66, of 29 Phyllis Drive, Naugatuck, was charged April 8 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on April 8 at approximately 12:56 a.m. officers responded to 29 Phyllis Drive for a domestic disturbance between father and son. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Dajnerowicz was in the home in violation of a protective order. Dajnerowicz was given a court date of April 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,500 surety bond.

IDALINA ROCHA, 39, of 546 Washington Ave., Waterbury, was charged April 8 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on April 8 at approximately 12:07 a.m. Rocha was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of Troop F. Rocha was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Middletown Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

AMIE DROWN-RACCIO, 31, of 146 Phoenix Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 8 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 8 at approximately 10:08 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Drown-Raccio stole merchandise. The amount was not specified in the report, due to the report not being completed. Drown-Raccio was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

VICTOR A. NEMENSE, 30, of 197 Pine Hill Road, Thomaston, was charged April 8 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 8 at approximately 11:25 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Maple Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Nemense was operating under the influence of alcohol. Nemense was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

RANDY CORSI, 43, of 1507 Meriden Road, Wolcott, was charged April 9 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 9 at approximately 12:58 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Corsi was operating under the influence of alcohol. Corsi was given a court date of April 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JAMILEX MATOS, 20, of 709 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 9 with interfering with an officer.

Police reported on April 9 at approximately 10:20 p.m. an officer responded to Rubber Avenue for an evading motor vehicle accident. Police reported Joel Escobales was operating the vehicle at the time of the accident. Escobales drove from the scene after the accident. The officer located the evading vehicle parked on Rubber Avenue, police reported. Escobales and a female, Jamilex Matos, initially lied to the officers stating Matos was driving. During the investigation, police reported, it was proved that Escobales was operating the vehicle. Matos was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JOEL ESCOBALES, 26, of 709 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 9 with interfering with an officer and second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on April 9 at approximately 10:20 p.m. an officer responded to Rubber Avenue for an evading motor vehicle accident. Police reported Escobales was operating the vehicle at the time of the accident. Escobales drove from the scene after the accident. The officer located the evading vehicle parked on Rubber Avenue, police reported. Escobales and a female, Jamilex Matos, initially lied to the officers stating Matos was driving. During the investigation, police reported, it was proved that Escobales was operating the vehicle. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Escobales was wanted on an active arrest warrant. Matos was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

RUAN MANPRIN-MARINHO, 22, of 51 Brook St., Naugatuck, was charged April 10 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 10 at approximately 12:31 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Old Firehouse Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Manprin-Marinho was operating under the influence of alcohol. Manprin-Marinho was given a court date of April 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ZONALY PINCKNEY, 35, of 114 Shelton Road, Oxford, was charged April 10 with breach of peace.

Police reported on April 10 at approximately 1 a.m. officers responded to 66 Church Street for a disturbance. Police reported Pinckney and Melissa Ramos had an altercation inside the bar and were escorted out of the establishment. When they were outside they continued to yell and cause a disturbance, police reported. Pinckney was given a court date of April 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

MELISSA RAMOS, 32, of 55 Round Tree Drive, Naugatuck, was charged April 10 with breach of peace.

Police reported on April 10 at approximately 1 a.m. officers responded to 66 Church Street for a disturbance. Police reported Ramos and Zonaly Pinckney had an altercation inside the bar and were escorted out of the establishment. When they were outside they continued to yell and cause a disturbance, police reported. Pinckney was given a court date of April 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

GREG CALLIS, 54, of 100 Benchley Place, Bronx, was charged April 10 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on April 10 at approximately 2:26 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Cross Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Callis was operating under the influence of alcohol. Callis was given a court date of April 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

PAUL QUINN JR., 46, of 55 Bonnette Ave., Thompson, was charged April 11 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on April 11 at approximately 2:24 a.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Quinn stole a Norelco shaver, men’s slipper and 3pc nut driver valued at $137.38. Quinn was given a court date of April 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.
