The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

THOMAS PELLETIER, 28, of 219 Maple Hill Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 18 with evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on Jan. 18 at approximately 5:35 p.m. Pelletier was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an evading motor vehicle accident reported on Dec. 29, 2015 on Maple Hill Road. Police reported Pelletier struck two parked vehicles and drove from the scene. Pelletier was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 cash bond.

GARY GAGNON, 36, of 200 Herschel Ave., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 19 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Jan. 19 at approximately 1:37 a.m. an officer responded to 14 Russell St. for a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Gagnon was operating under the influence of alcohol. Gagnon was given a court date of Jan. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

THOMAS POUDIM, 56, of 137 Grove St., Vernon, was charged Jan. 19 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Jan. 19 at approximately 7:08 a.m. Poudim turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Poudim was given a court date of Jan. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $500 surety bond.

JAHAYRA L. PRADO, 29, of 376 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 19 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Jan. 19 at approximately 7:08 a.m. Prado turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Prado was given a court date of Jan. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $500 surety bond.

ROY GRUNER JR., 35, of 30 Andrasko Road, Beacon Falls, was charged Jan. 19 with second-degree failure to appear and sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Jan. 19 at approximately 9 p.m. Gruner was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of Derby. Gruner was given a court date of Jan. 28 to appear at Derby Superior Court and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

Police reported on Jan. 19 at approximately 8:44 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Prior to the officers’ arrival, police reported, Gruner fled the store. Gruner was located in the area by the officers. Police reported Gruner stole hand tools worth $31.54. Gruner was given a court date of Jan. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

JOSE MORALES, 41, of 15 West Farm St., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 20 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Jan. 20 at approximately 5:30 p.m. Morales was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny. Police reported Morales was found to be in possession of stolen items from a burglary reported on Dec. 28, 2015 on Cliff Street. Police reported Morales stated he purchased the items from another male. Morales was given a court date of Jan. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $25,000 court-set surety bond.

STEPHEN WOERMER, 27, of 31 Meriline Ave., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 20 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Jan. 20 at approximately 8:38 p.m. Woermer turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Woermer was given a court date of Feb. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $270 cash bond.

STANLEY TATARANOWICZ, 39, of 216 Alder St., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 22 with disobeying the signal of an officer: elude/attempt escape.

Police reported on Jan. 22 Tataranowicz was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle investigation on Nov. 27, 2015. Police reported an officer attempted to pull over Tataranowicz, who continued to drive. Police reported Tataranowicz drove to Waterbury where he pulled over and ran from the vehicle. Tataranowicz was given a court date of Feb. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

KATHLEEN LEE, 43, of 151 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 22 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 22 at approximately 12:27 p.m. officers responded to 151 Andrew Ave. #38 for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Lee punched and pushed the victim. Lee was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.

NICHOLAS DELMORO, 22, 355 Bethany Road, Beacon Falls, was charged Jan. 22 with driving under the influence and possession of controlled substance: narcotics.

Police reported on Jan. 22 at approximately 7:54 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Osborn Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Delmoro was operating under the influence of alcohol. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Delmoro was in possession of narcotics. Delmoro was given a court date of Feb. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

ROBERT NEWMAN, 29, of 139 Lewis St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 22 with interfering with an officer, driving under the influence, evading responsibility motor vehicle, disobeying signal of an officer and reckless driving: not greater than 85 mph.

Police reported on Jan. 22 at approximately 10:06 p.m. officers responded to Lewis St. for a motor vehicle accident. Police reported Newman struck a parked vehicle and left the scene. While the officers were investigating Newman returned. Police reported he was ordered to stop but drove around the officer. Newman eventually stopped and was uncooperative with the officers, police reported. Based on the investigation it was determined Newman was operating under the influence of alcohol, police reported. Newman was given a court date of Feb. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

HEATHER CONNER, 36, of 856 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 23 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 12:45 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Old Firehouse Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Conner was operating under the influence of alcohol. Conner was given a court date of Feb. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

KEVIN AMBROSE, 54, of 5 Bailey Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 23 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 3:17 p.m. officers responded to 5 Bailey Road for a domestic disturbance between father and son. During an argument, police reported, they began pushing each other and fell to the floor. Ambrose was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500.00 surety bond.

STEVEN AMBROSE, 22, of 5 Bailey Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 23 with disorderly conduct and Jan. 24 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 3:17 p.m. officers responded to 5 Bailey Road for a domestic disturbance between father and son. During an argument, police reported, they began pushing each other and fell to the floor. Ambrose was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500.00 surety bond.

Police reported on Jan. 24 at 4:14 p.m. an officer responded to 5 Bailey Road for a violation of a protective order. Police reported Ambrose was found walking away from the residence. Ambrose was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

MICHAEL ROZUM, 35, of 92 Gate Post Lane, Southbury, was charged Jan. 23 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 5:20 p.m. officers responded to New Haven Road for a motorist asleep in the driver’s seat. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Rozum was operating under the influence of alcohol and or narcotics. Rozum was given a court date of Feb. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

KURT FLAHERTY, 28, of 17 Pond St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 23 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 5:51 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Andrew Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Flaherty was operating under the influence of alcohol. Flaherty was given a court date of Feb. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

STEVEN GAGNER, 26, of, 173 Osborn Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 23 with disorderly conduct and Jan. 24 with disorderly conduct and second-degree violation of conditions of release.

Police reported on Jan. 23 at approximately 10:30 p.m. officers responded to 173 Osborn Road for a domestic disturbance between father and son. During an argument, police reported, Gagner pushed the victim to the floor. Gagner was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Police reported on Jan. 24 at approximately 3:38 a.m. an officer responded to 173 Osborn Road for a violation of conditions of release. Police reported Gagner returned to the victim’s home, which was a violation of an order. Gagner was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

DONALD BENAITIS, 48, of 129 Millville Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 24 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 24 at approximately 12:33 a.m. officers responded to 129 Millville Ave. for a domestic disturbance between family members. Police reported Benaitis was arguing with his wife. During the argument, police reported, the victim intervened due to Benaitis’ aggressive behavior. Police reported Benaitis pushed the victim. Benaitis was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

ANDREA ULICKI, 24, of 284 Burton Road, Beacon Falls, was charged Jan. 24 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Jan. 24 at approximately 11:54 p.m. officers responded to New Haven Road for a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Ulicki was operating under the influence of alcohol. Ulicki was given a court date of Feb. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

LUIS DELGADO, 38, of 48 Curtiss St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 25 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Jan. 25 at approximately 12:06 a.m. officers responded to 48 Curtis St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, both parties struck each other. Delgado was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

JACQUELINE FIGUEROA, 35, of 48 Curtiss St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 25 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Jan. 25 at approximately 12:06 a.m. officers responded to 48 Curtis St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, both parties struck each other. Figueroa was given a court date of Jan. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
