LOUIS LACMAN, 34, of 67 Platts Mills Road, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 5 with possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

JUSTIN BYERS, 21, of 312 Goodrich St., Hamden, was charged Oct. 5 with criminal violation of protective order.

Police reported on Oct. 5 at approximately 6:51 p.m. Byers turned himself in on active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of a protective order reported on Sept. 10, 2015. Police reported Byers contacted the victim through a social media site, which was in violation of the order. Byers was given a court date of Oct. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JAMIE MARKIE, 23, of 107 Sherman Ave., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 5 with second-degree harassment.

Police reported on Oct. 5 at approximately 7:20 p.m. Markie turned herself in on active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a harassing phone call complaint made on Sept. 19, 2015. Police reported Markie called the victim numerous times when she was advised not to. Markie was given a court date of Oct. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ALEXANDER KOLITSAS, 21, of 23 Acorn St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 5 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 5 at approximately 12:38 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Kolitsas was operating under the influence of alcohol and or drugs. Kolitsas was given a court date of Oct. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

BRENDA MATEO, 37, of 100 Mark Lane, Waterbury, was charged Oct. 6 with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 6 at approximately 12:24 a.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Mateo and another suspect stole groceries, cleaning supplies, toys and watches which totaled $657.53. When they were approached by loss prevention in the parking lot, police reported, they left the chart full of merchandise and left in a vehicle. They were located and stopped on Route 8 a short time later. Mateo was given a court date of Oct. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.

DAVID HASKINS, 28, of 100 Mark Lane, Waterbury, was charged Oct. 6 with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 6 at approximately 12:24 a.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Haskins and another suspect stole groceries, cleaning supplies, toys and watches which totaled $657.53. When they were approached by loss prevention in the parking lot, police reported, they left the chart full of merchandise and left in a vehicle. They were located and stopped on Route 8 a short time later. Haskins was given a court date of Oct. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.

GERALD DALESSIO, 57, of 372 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 6 with possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on Oct. 6 at approximately 2 a.m. an officer investigated a suspicious person on Prospect Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Dalessio was in possession of a glass smoking pipe and .44 grams of crack cocaine. Dalessio was given a court date of Oct. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.

DENNIS SALOM, 19, of 65 Oak St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 6 with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 6 at approximately 11:08 p.m. Salom was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on April 11, 2015. Police reported Salom stole the victim’s BMX bicycle worth $150. When police responded Salom left the bicycle and ran from them, police reported. Salom was given a court date of Oct. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

Police reported on Oct. 6 at approximately 11:08 p.m. Salom was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Salom was given a court date of Oct. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 cash bond.

ANDRE MAZON, 36, of 315 Willow St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 6 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 6 Mazon turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend, which occurred on Sept. 19. During an argument, police reported, Mazon blocked the victim from leaving the home. Mazon was given a court date of Oct. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

SAKWON MITCHELL, 19, of 73-1 Lantern Park Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 6 with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Police reported on Oct. 6 at approximately 4:07 p.m. Mitchell was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an assault reported on Sept. 21, 2015 at Salem Park. During an argument, police reported, Mitchell punched the victim causing injury to his lower lip. Mitchell was given a court date of Oct. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

TRAVIS WALDO, 34, of 35 General Patton Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 6 with third-degree criminal mischief and criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 6 at approximately 4:31 p.m. officers responded to 35 General Patton Drive for a larceny complaint. Police reported Waldo attempted to cut tires off of rims owned by the victim. The victim is a family member of Waldo, police reported. Waldo was given a court date of Oct. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

JOHN LAIRES, 31, of 319 Bradley Ave., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 7 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Oct. 7 at approximately 9:07 p.m. Laires turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an inappropriate touching complaint made on Dec. 16, 2014. Police reported Laires inappropriately touched the female juvenile victim while she was shopping with a family member at Big Y. Laires was given a court date of Oct. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

DONTE MILES, 19, of 2 North Main St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 7 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 7 at approximately 7:14 a.m. Miles turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Miles was given a court date of Oct. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $2,500 surety bond.

RODNEY CRAWLEY, 25, of 84 Lorann Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 7 with violation of probation.

Police reported on Oct. 7 at approximately 3:36 p.m. Crawley turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Crawley was given a court date of Oct. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $10,000 surety bond.

JENNIFER WATERS, 32, of 3 Hickory St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 7 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 7 at approximately 5:27 p.m. officers responded to Big Y for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument in the parking lot, police reported, Waters slapped the victim. Waters was given a court date of Oct. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

STEPHEN COLLIN JR., 23, of 60B Royal Oak Drive, Waterbury, was charged Oct. 8 with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Oct. 8 officers responded to North Church Street for a disturbance. Police reported Collin was intoxicated, walking in the roadway impeding traffic. When the officers arrived, police reported, Collin became agitated and uncooperative. Collin was given a court date of Oct. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

GARY LAROWE, 51, of 15 Seth Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 8 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 8 at approximately 7:54 p.m. Larowe was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Larowe was given a court date of Oct. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $500 surety bond.

ELVIN MARTINEZ, 40, of 972B New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 8 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 8 at approximately 8:37 p.m. officers investigated a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Martinez head-butted the victim, causing swelling to the victim’s forehead. Martinez was given a court date of Oct. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

DORIS NOEL, 50, of 18 Mallane Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 8 with driving under the influence and possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on Oct. 8 at approximately 11:53 p.m. an officer investigated a suspicious motor vehicle on New Haven Road. Police reported Noel was parked in the parking lot of a closed business. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Noel was operating under the influence of alcohol and or drugs. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Noel was in possession of 1.2 ounces of marijuana. Noel was given a court date of Oct. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a non-surety bond.

DANIEL ROOS, 33, of 47 Winter St., Ansonia, was charged Oct. 9 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on Oct. 9 at approximately 1:04 a.m. Roos turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of a protective order reported on Oct. 3, 2015. Police reported Roos contacted the victim via email, which was a violation of the order. Roos was given a court date of Oct. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

LAWRENCE HARVEY, 52, of 11 Nancy Road, Brewster, N.Y., was charged Oct. 9 with driving under the influence and evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on Oct. 9 at approximately 4:05 p.m. an officer responded to a motor vehicle accident on New Haven Road by Osborn Road. Police reported Harvey struck a pole on Osborn Road. Police reported Harvey then attempted to walk away from the vehicle but was located by the officer walking on Osborn Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Harvey was operating under the influence of alcohol. Harvey was given a court date of Oct. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

SIOBHAN BRAMAN, 29, of 22a Melbourne Court, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 9 with driving under the influence and risk of injury to child.

Police reported on Oct. 9 at approximately 6:02 p.m. an officer responded to a motor vehicle accident on Field Street by Jones Road. Police reported Braman struck the victim’s vehicle from behind. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Braman was operating under the influence of alcohol. Braman was driving with two children in her vehicle, police reported. Braman was given a court date of Oct. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

STEVEN M. BOUTOT, 32, of 140 Ward St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 9 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 9 at approximately 8:49 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Rubber Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Boutot was operating under the influence of alcohol. Boutot was given a court date of Oct. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

SAMANTHA BRILYEA, 25, of 109 Hawkins St., Derby, was charged Oct. 9 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 9 at approximately 9:31 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Brilyea stole $145.27 worth of merchandise. Brilyea was given a court date of Oct. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

DAVID ANTIGNANI, 35, of 37 Park Ave., Derby, was charged Oct. 9 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 9 at approximately 10:18 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Antignani stole $150.92 worth of merchandise. Antignani was given a court date of Oct. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

NICKOLAS CAMP, 33, of 27 Galpin St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 10 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 10 at approximately 1 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Camp was operating under the influence of alcohol. Camp was given a court date of Oct. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

RAMON PADRO, 35, of 708 Highland Ave., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 10 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 10 at approximately 1:20 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Route 8 North. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Padro was operating under the influence of alcohol. Padro was given a court date of Oct. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

THOMAS W. KADAR, 33, of 23 Union St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 10 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 10 at approximately 3:13 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Route 8 exit 26. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Kadar was operating under the influence of alcohol. Kadar was given a court date of Oct. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

ZULEIKA FIGUEROA-OLMEDO, 25, of 65 Oak St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 10 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 10 at approximately 2:29 p.m. officers responded to 65 Oak St. for a domestic disturbance between sisters. During an argument, police reported, they pushed and hit each other. Figueroa-Olmedo was given a court date of Oct. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

IRIS FIGUEROA-OLMEDO, 24, of 65 Oak St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 10 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 10 at approximately 2:29 p.m. officers responded to 65 Oak St. for a domestic disturbance between sisters. During an argument, police reported, they pushed and hit each other. Figueroa-Olmedo was given a court date of Oct. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

FREDERICK CARTER 51, of 91 Wolcott St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 10 with possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on Oct. 10 at approximately 8:01 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Old Firehouse Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Carter was in possession of 0.1 gram of crack cocaine. Carter was given a court date of Oct. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

PATRICK MAHONEY, 32, of 274 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 11 with driving under the influence and evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on Oct. 11 at approximately 12:03 a.m. officers responded to 260 Spring St. for an evading motor vehicle accident that occurred in the parking lot. Police reported Mahoney struck the victim’s parked vehicle and walked away from the scene. Mahoney was located at his residence, police reported. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Mahoney was operating under the influence of alcohol. Mahoney was given a court date of Oct. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

WILLIAM BOLES, 27, of 43 Grace Ave., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 11 with violation of restraining order.

Police reported on Oct. 11 at approximately 12:09 a.m. an officer investigated a violation of a restraining order complaint. Police reported Boles drove by the victim’s home, which was in violation of the order. Boles was given a court date of Oct. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

ABOU KANTE, 24, of 214 Union City Road, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 11 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on Oct. 11 at approximately 12:50 a.m. Kante was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Kante was given a court date of Oct. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $100 cash bond.

JODI M. DOJNIA, 50, of 94 Irving St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 11 with second-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and breach of peace.

Police reported on Oct. 11 at approximately 2 a.m. officers responded to 94 Irving St. for a domestic disturbance between sisters. During an argument, police reported, Teresa Kennedy grabbed Dojnia by the hair and tackled her to the ground. Police reported Dojnia then hit Kennedy with a wooden club causing lacerations on Kennedy’s cheek and forehead. Dojnia was given a court date of Oct. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

TERESA KENNEDY, 48, of 96 Irving St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 11 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Oct. 11 at approximately 2 a.m. officers responded to 94 Irving St. for a domestic disturbance between sisters. During an argument, police reported, Teresa Kennedy grabbed Dojnia by the hair and tackled her to the ground. Police reported Dojnia then hit Kennedy with a wooden club causing lacerations on Kennedy’s cheek and forehead. Dojnia was given a court date of Oct. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
