The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

MICHAEL SANTOS, 32, of 315 Stone Fence Road, Naugatuck, was charged Sept 28 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Sept. 28 at approximately 10:28 a.m. Santos turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a disturbance reported on Sept. 4, 2015 on Rubber Avenue. During an argument, police reported, Santos pushed the victim. Santos and the victim are acquaintances. Santos was given a court date of Oct. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

CHRISTINE CLOSSICK, 44, of 96 Coen St., Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 28 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Sept. 28 at approximately 1:05 a.m. officers responded to 96 Coen St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Clossick damaged items in the home which included a chair. Clossick was given a court date of Sept. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

STEVEN COCCHIOLA, 25, of 1385 Highland Ave., Waterbury, was charged Sept. 29 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Sept. 29 at approximately 8:22 p.m. Cocchiola turned himself in on active arrest warrants. Cocchiola was given a court date of Oct. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $15,000 surety bond.

COLIN SASKOR, 18, of 41 Washington St., Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 29 with illegal sale of controlled substance and distribution of controlled substances within 1,500 feet of a school.

Police reported on Sept. 29 at approximately 5:53 p.m. Saskor was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a narcotic investigation, which occurred during the month of May 2015. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Saskor sold liquid THC. Saskor was given a court date of Sept. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $150,000 surety bond.

TRACY HINNANT, 42, of 35 South View St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 1 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 1 at approximately 3:05 p.m. Hinnant turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on April 15, 2015 between roommates. Police reported Hinnant stole the victim’s PlayStation. Hinnant was given a court date of Oct. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

MATTHEW GALVIN, 42, of 231 Mulberry St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 1 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 1 at approximately 12:39 a.m. officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on May Street. Police reported Galvin struck a utility pole in the area of 167 May St. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Galvin was operating under the influence of alcohol. Galvin was given a court date of Oct. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ANTHONY COOPER, 21, of 11 Orchard St., Danbury, was charged Oct. 1 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on Oct. 1 an officer responded to 318 Scott St. for a violation of a protective order. Police reported Cooper drove back and forth in front of the victim’s residence and yelled at her. This was determined to be in violation of an active protective order, police reported. Cooper was given a court date of Oct. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $15,000 surety bond.

GEORGE BLAKE, 51, of 8 Mary Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 1 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Oct. 1 at approximately 6:51 p.m. officers responded to 4 Hazel Ave. for a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Blake threw food at the victim. Blake was given a court date of Oct. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JENNIFER JOHNSON, 37, of 18 Fitzpatrick Road, Ansonia, was charged Oct. 2 with driving under the influence, narcotics kept only in original container and possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on Oct. 2 at approximately 12:56 a.m. officers responded to Valentine Street for a suspicious motor vehicle. Police reported the callers stated Johnson was playing loud music and pulling in and out of driveways. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Johnson was operating under the influence of alcohol. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Johnson was in possession of 8.6 grams of cocaine. Johnson was given a court date of Oct. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a non-surety bond.

ANTONIO LAMAS, 62, of 5 Bryson Ave., Seymour, was charged Oct. 3 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 3 at approximately 1:51 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Salem Bridge. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Lamas was operating under the influence of alcohol. Lamas was given a court date of Oct. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

PAMELA HEWITT, 66, of 397 Hillside Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 3 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 3 at approximately 2:32 a.m. officers responded to 397 Hillside Ave. for a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. During an argument, police reported, Hewitt slapped the victim. Hewitt was given a court date of Oct. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ASHELY JONES, 23, of 163 Spruce Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 3 with second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 3 at approximately 4:32 a.m. officers responded to 163 Spruce Drive for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Jones scratched the victim and damaged the seats of his vehicle. Jones was given a court date of Oct. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.

TINA VASSALLO, 42, of 52 Walnut St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 3 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Oct. 3 at approximately 9 p.m. officers responded to 52 Walnut St. for a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, George Vassallo damaged coffee table and a book case, inside the home. The argument continued outside where Tina Vassallo and George Vassallo were involved in a physical altercation. Vassallo was given a court date of Oct. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

GEORGE VASSALLO, 24, of 52 Walnut St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 3 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Oct. 3 at approximately 9 p.m. officers responded to 52 Walnut St. for a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, George Vassallo damaged coffee table and a book case, inside the home. The argument continued outside where Tina Vassallo and George Vassallo were involved in a physical altercation. Vassallo was given a court date of Oct. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

DESTINY PERRY, 22, of 17 Farmington Ave., Plainville, was charged Oct. 4 with second-degree criminal damage of landlord’s property.

Police reported on Oct. 4 Perry was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a criminal mischief complaint reported April 14, 2015. Police reported Perry damaged an apartment she rented. The damage consisted on holes in walls, broken shower door and damage to kitchen cabinet doors, police reported. Perry was given a court date of Oct. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

JOSHUA HOTT, 28, of 143 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 4 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 4 at approximately 2:08 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Meadow Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Hott was operating under the influence of alcohol. Hott was given a court date of Oct. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JUDITH CODDINGTON, 20, of 31 Woodlawn Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 4 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Oct. 4 at approximately 3:35 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Salem Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Coddington was operating under the influence of alcohol. Coddington was given a court date of Oct. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.

ADAM M. ERDELY, 34, of 23 Olive St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 4 with third-degree burglary and criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 4 on 4:54 a.m. officers responded to 241 Cherry St. for a burglary of a motor vehicle complaint. Police reported Erdely entered the victim’s vehicle, which was parked in the victim’s driveway. Erdely left the area prior to the officers’ arrival, police reported. He was located at his residence a short time later. Erdely was given a court date of Oct. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.
