The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

KEVIN PIANKA, 50, of 37 Anderson St., Naugatuck, was charged with driving under the influence.

MARIA HUBBELL, 45, of 130 Cliff St., Naugatuck, was charged with driving under the influence.

The report was not completed.

JEFFREY BUSHEY JR., 21, of 41 Anderson St., Naugatuck, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

The report was not completed.

MICHAEL JENKINS, 39, of 15 Holly St., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 10 with four counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Aug. 10 at approximately 3:14 p.m. Jenkins was arrested on active arrest warrants. Jenkins was given a court date of Aug. 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set bond.

CRYSTAL FOX, 32, of 17 Whalley Ave., Milford, was charged Aug. 11 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Aug. 11 at approximately 6:30 a.m. Fox was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Fox was given a court date of Aug. 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $400 cash bond.

AARON ALLEN, 25, of 28 Olive St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 11 with driving under the influence and second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Aug. 11 at approximately 11:23 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Church Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Allen was operating under the influence of alcohol. Allen was given a court date of Aug. 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond. Police reported Allen was also arrested on an active arrest warrant. Allen was given a court date of Aug. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $400 cash bond.

MICHAEL MANNING JR., 25, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 12 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on Aug. 12 at approximately 6:20 a.m. Manning turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Manning was given a court date of Aug. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $150 cash bond.

BRUNO AMORIM, 24, of 165 Traverse St., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 12 with criminal impersonation, possession of controlled substance and first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Aug. 12 at approximately 11:20 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Salem Bridge. During the investigation, police reported, Amorim was found in possession of 4.5 grams of cocaine. Initially Amorim gave a false name to the investigating officer, police reported. Amorim was given a court date of Aug. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond. During the investigation, police reported, Amorim was arrested on an active arrest warrant. He was given a court date of Aug. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $20,000 surety bond.

EARLISHA WATSON, 28, of 16 Longmeadow Drive, Waterbury, was charged Aug. 12 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Aug. 12 Watson was arrested on an active arrest warrant issued out of Bantam. Watson was given a court date of Aug. 27 to appear at Bantam Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

NICHOLAS MORIELLO, 21, of 114 Mattabassett St., East Berlin, was charged Aug. 12 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 12 at approximately 11:44 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Laurel Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Moriello was operating under the influence of alcohol. Moriello was given a court date of Aug. 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

JOHN MCCORMACK, 46, of 124 Higgins Road, Cheshire, was charged Aug. 13 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 13 at approximately 11:42 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Cherry Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined McCormack was operating under the influence of alcohol. McCormack was given a court date of Aug. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

NIGEL INGRAM, 30, of 14 Diamond St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 14 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Aug. 14 Ingram turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Ingram was given a court date of Aug. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $50 cash bond.

LUIS VELAZQUEZ, 32, of 113 Lee Ave., Bridgeport, was charged Aug. 14 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Aug. 14 at approximately 11:56 a.m. officers responded to 21 Coen St. for a disturbance between family members. During an argument, police reported, began to push each other. Velazquez was given a court date of Aug. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

MICHAEL HERSHKOWITZ, 46, of 15 Coen St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 14 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Aug. 14 at approximately 11:56 a.m. officers responded to 21 Coen St. for a disturbance between family members. During an argument, police reported, began to push each other. Hershkowitz was given a court date of Aug. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

AMBER RICHARDSON, 34, of 222 Bradley Ave., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 15 with two counts of violation of protective order.

Police reported on Aug. 15 at approximately 7:50 p.m. Richardson was arrested on active arrest warrants for a violation of a protective order. Richardson contacted the victim, via text messaging and email, which was a violation of active protective orders, police reported. Richardson was given a court date of Aug. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a non-surety bond.

JESIE ROJAS, 19, of 159 Red Robin Road, Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 15 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 15 an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Salem Bridge. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Rojas was operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. Rojas was given a court date of Aug. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

CHRISTOPHER HOLLON II, 25, of 78 Chapman Ave., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 15 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 15 an officer responded to a suspicious motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Hollon was operating under the influence of alcohol. Hollon was given a court date of Aug. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

KEVIN GRASTY, 41, of 82 City View Ave., Bridgeport, was charged Aug. 16 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 16 at approximately 12:04 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Grasty was operating under the influence of alcohol. Grasty was given a court date of Aug. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

ANGLEA PASQUALE, 26, of 1213 Avon Blvd., Cheshire, was charged Aug. 16 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Aug. 16 at approximately 12:14 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Pasquale was operating under the influence of alcohol. Pasquale was given a court date of Aug. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

MATTHEW LANTIERI, 23, of 11 Mulberry St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 16 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Aug. 16 at approximately 2:53 p.m. an officer responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Lantieri punched the victim. When the officer arrived at Lantieri’s residence he was initially standing outside, police reported. When the officer made contact with Lantieri, he ran from the officer into his residence, police reported. After a short time, police reported, Lantieri complied with the officers and exited his home where he was taken into custody. Lantieri was given a court date of Aug. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

ANTHONY GUERRA, 44, of 303 Rawley Ave., Waterbury was charged Aug. 16 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Aug. 16 at approximately 10:45 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Guerra took men’s clothing out of its originally packaging and placed into packaging a lesser value. Guerra was given a court date of Aug. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.
