KELLY ANDERSON-CARSON, 28, of 15 Candee Road, Prospect, was charged April 10 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on April 10 at approximately 2:24 a.m. officers responded to 730 High St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Anderson-Carson scratched the victim’s neck. Anderson-Carson was given a court date of April 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
JOHN SANTACROCE, 36, of 647 Millville Ave., Naugatuck, was charged April 10 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on April 10 at approximately 8:04 a.m. officers responded to 647 Millville Ave. for a domestic disturbance husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Santacroce kicked a bedroom door. Santacroce was given a court date of April 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.
ANTHONY MAGNANO, 20, of 47 Woodcrest Drive, Prospect, was charged April 10 with driving under the influence.
Police reported on April 10 at approximately 9 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Magnano was operating under the influence of alcohol. Magnano was given a court date of April 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
JOSE PINTO, 48, of 163 High Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged April 11 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and interfering with an emergency call.
Police reported on April 11 at approximately 8:51 p.m. Pinto was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Pinto pushed and slapped the victim. Police reported Pinto took the phone away from the victim to stop her from contacting the police. Pinto was given a court date of April 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $10,000 cash bond.
JOSE ACEVEDO, 54, of 65 Kasper Circle, Stratford, was charged April 11 with violation of protective order.
Police reported on April 11 at approximately 6:57 p.m. an officer responded to the YMCA for a suspected child abuse incident. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Acevedo was in violation of an active protective order. Acevedo was given a court date of April 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.
JAMES HALL, 49, of 15 Southview St., Naugatuck, was charged April 11 with driving under the influence, assault on public safety/emergency personnel and interfering with an officer.
Police reported on April 11 at approximately 10:45 p.m. an officer responded to New Haven Road by Warren Avenue for a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Hall was operating under the influence of alcohol. Hall was given a court date of April 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond. While Hall was being transported to the police department, police reported, he began to kick and spit at the plastic divider. When Hall was in the booking area he attempted to spit at one of the officers, police reported. Hall was given a court date of April 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $50,000 surety bond.
ANTONIO NEVES, 54, of 22 Curtiss St., Naugatuck, was charged April 12 with driving under the influence.
Police reported on April 12 at approximately 12:21 a.m. officers responded to 22 Curtis St. for a domestic disturbance between former husband and wife. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Neves was operating under the influence of alcohol. Neves was given a court date of April 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
JONATHAN NARANJO-CASTRO, 29, of 8 Eastern St., New Haven, was charged April 12 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on April 12 at approximately 2:55 p.m. an officer responded to 69-4 Ridge Road for a domestic disturbance between former roommates. During an argument over missing items, police reported, Naranjo-Castro began to strike a door inside the home. Naranjo-Castro was given a court date of April 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
ERIC BURNS, 23, of 327 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged April 13 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on April 13 at approximately 6:26 a.m. officers responded to 327 Spring St. for a domestic disturbance between father and son. During an argument, police reported, Burns kicked the victim. Burns was given a court date of April 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.
