Police-badgeThe Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

JIVON WILLIAMS, 18, of 354 Long Hill Road, Waterbury, was charged Feb. 11 with larceny in the fifth degree and conspiracy at larceny in the fifth degree.

Police reported on Feb. 11 at approximately 4:55 p.m. Williams turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on Nov. 12, 2013 at the YMCA. Police reported Williams stole the victim’s cell phone from a backpack located in the gymnasium. Williams was given a court date of Feb. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

LUIS LOPEZ, 37, of 2546 Main St., Bridgeport, was charged Feb. 12 with driving under the influence, evading responsibility motor vehicle, reckless driving, no passing zone, disregarding signs or markings, failure to obey control signal and operation of motor vehicle in violation of license classification.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 11:57 a.m. Lopez turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle accident reported on May 3, 2013 on Bridge Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Lopez was operating under the influence of alcohol. Lopez was given a court date of Feb. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

TRAVIS WALDO, 33, of 35 General Patton Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 12 with larceny in the fifth degree.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 4:52 p.m. Waldo was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on Oct. 5, 2013. Police reported Waldo stole power tools from a family member worth $540. Waldo was given a court date of Feb. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

JAHRELL NOBLE, 21, of 300 Schraftts Drive, Waterbury, was charged Feb. 12 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 5:23 p.m. Noble was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Noble was given a court date of Feb. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $50 cash bond.

DONALD WATERS JR., 33, of 75 Ward St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 12 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 6:36 p.m. Waters was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Waters was given a court date of Feb. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $150 cash bond.

DEANNA WUJCIK, 21, of 30 America St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 12 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 6:36 p.m. Wujcik was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Wujcik was given a court date of Feb. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $150 cash bond.

KEEGAN OPAL, 35, of 13 Seth Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 12 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 8:35 p.m. officers responded to 13 Seth Drive apt. 2 for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. Police reported Keegan jumped on her husband and grabbed him. Keegan was given a court date of Feb. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

ANILSON AVIZ, 41, of 13 Seth Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 12 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 8:35 p.m. officers responded to 13 Seth Drive apt. 2 for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Aviz bumped into his wife with his chest. Aviz was given a court date of Feb. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

NICOLE PONGONIS, 46, of 100 City Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 12 with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 7:23 p.m. officers responded to 100 City Hill St. for a domestic disturbance between roommates. Due an argument over property, the two women were involved in a physical altercation. Pongonis was given a court date of Feb. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

NINA ALTIERI, 33, of 100 City Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 12 with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 7:23 p.m. officers responded to 100 City Hill St. for a domestic disturbance between roommates. Due an argument over property, the two women were involved in a physical altercation. Altieri was given a court date of Feb. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

CHRISTINA BEJCZI, 20, of 23 Taylor Ave., East Haven, was charged Feb. 12 with disorderly conduct, harassment in the second degree and risk of injury to child.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 8:02 p.m. officers responded to 123 Albion St. for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. Bejzi called her former boyfriend’s phone numerous times throughout the day, police reported. She arrived at his residence where an argument occurred while she was holding their child, police reported. Bejczi was given a court date of Feb. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

ANDRE MILLETTE, 23, of 123 Albion St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 12 with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to child.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 8:02 p.m. officers responded to 123 Albion St. for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. His former girlfriend called Millette’s phone numerous times throughout the day and arrived at his residence where an argument occurred while she was holding their child, police reported. During the argument Millette pushed her, police reported. Millette was given a court date of Feb. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

TESSA THOMPSON, 21, of last known address, 112 Village Drive, Torrington, was charged Feb. 13 with larceny in the fifth degree, conspiracy at larceny in the fifth degree, larceny in the third degree and conspiracy at larceny in the third degree.

Police reported on Feb. 13 at approximately 2:20 a.m. Thompson was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint made on Aug. 16, 2013. Police reported Thompson with an accomplice stole jewelry from an acquaintance worth $6,600. Thompson was given a court date of Feb. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 surety bond.
