Police-badgeThe Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

JAMES LISTER, 39, of 40 Ferry St., Middletown, was charged Feb. 3 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Feb. 3 at approximately 7:30 a.m. Lister turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Lister was given a court date of Feb. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 court-set surety bond.

NEIL CARMIGGELT, 36, of 35 Fairchild St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 3 with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Feb. 3 at approximately 12:04 p.m. Carmiggelt was arrested on two active arrest warrants. Carmiggelt was given court dates of Feb. 19 and Feb. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a total court-set $650 cash bond.

TIMOTHY O’CONNER, 51, of 13 Thunderbird Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 3 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 3 at approximately 1:10 p.m. officers responded to 13 Thunderbird Drive for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, O’Connor pushed the victim. O’Connor was given a court date of Feb. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 surety bond.

ELBERT COLON, 34, of 92 Wilson St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 3 with interfering with an officer and fugitive from justice.

Police reported on Feb. 3 at approximately 5:34 p.m. an officer was investigating a roaming dog complaint. During the investigation, police reported, the officer located the owner, who lied about his identity to the officer. The owner was wanted on an active arrest warrant out of New Jersey. Colon was properly identified and charged with fugitive from justice, police reported. He was given a court date of Feb. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $50,000 surety bond.

BRENDA MATEO, 35, of 214 Lincoln St., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 3 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Feb. 3 at approximately 11:10 p.m. Mateo was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Mateo was given a court date of Feb. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $1,000 surety bond.

CONOR MCENTEE, 28, of 728 Washington Ave. Ext., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 3 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on Feb. 3 at approximately 7:30 a.m. Mcentee turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Mcentee was given a court date of Feb. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $25,000 surety bond.
