Police-badgeThe Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

SHARON KOSKO, 65, of 506 Wooster St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 29 with evading responsibility and unsafe backing.

Police reported on Jan. 29 at 4:29 p.m. an officer responded to 4 Hazel Ave. for an evading motor vehicle accident. Police reported Kosko struck a parked vehicle in the parking lot and left the area. Kosko was located at her home. Kosko was given a court date of Feb. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

MARSHALL FALZONE, 50, of 2 Jeanette St., Danbury, was charged Jan. 31 with possession of child pornography in the first degree and five counts of voyeurism.

KELLIE DONOVAN, 25, of 41 Woodland St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 31 with three counts of illegal sale of controlled substance by non-drug-dependent person.

Police reported on Jan. 31 at approximately 2:59 p.m. the Naugatuck Police Department assisted the DEA with serving an active arrest warrant on Donovan. Donovan was given a court date of Feb. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $150,000 surety bond.

JOSEPH FERRARI, 30, of 650 Whittemore Road, Middlebury, was charged Jan. 31 with distribution of controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school, possession with intent to sell and narcotic kept only in original container.

Police reported on Jan. 31 at approximately 2:59 p.m. the Naugatuck Police Department assisted the DEA with executing an active search warrant. Upon execution of the search warrant, police reported, Ferrari was found to be in possession of Roxycodine pills, which was within 1500 feet of a school. Ferrari was given a court date of Feb. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $175,000 surety bond.

STEPHEN MOONEYHAM, 29, of 52 Laurel Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 31 with driving under the influence and failure to obey control signal.

Police reported on Jan. 31 at approximately 7:50 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Cherry Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Mooneyham was operating under the influence of alcohol. Mooneyham was given a court date of Feb. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

DEIRDRE MCGETRICK, 41, of 123 Curtiss St., Southington, was charged Feb. 1 with driving under the influence and making an improper turn.

Police reported on Feb. 1 at approximately 2:02 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Church Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Mcgetrick was operating under the influence of alcohol. Mcgetrick was given a court date of Feb. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MELISSA SAWICKI, 38, of 533 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 1 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Feb. 1 at approximately 4:36 p.m. Sawicki was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Sawicki was given a court date of Feb. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $150 court-set cash bond.

JOHN BROWN, 27, of 266 Morning Dove Road, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 1 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Feb. 1 at approximately 6:03 p.m. Brown was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Brown was given a court date of Feb. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $150 court-set cash bond.

BRYAN PIHONAK, 20, of 1525 Tuttle Ave., Wallingford, was charged Feb. 1 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Feb. 1 at approximately 8:04 p.m. Pihonak was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Pihonak was given a court date of Feb. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 court-set cash bond.

DANIEL MCLOUGHLIN, 27, of 167 Walnut Tree Hill Road, Sandy Hook, was charged Feb. 2 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 2 at approximately 11:40 a.m. Mcloughlin was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a disturbance reported on Dec. 22, 2013 on High Street. Police reported Mcloughlin was under the influence of narcotics laying in the roadway on High Street. Mcloughlin was given a court date of Feb. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

WALTER RIVERO, 39, of 14 Tolles Square, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 2 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 2 at approximately 6:23 p.m. officers responded to 14 Tolles Square for a domestic disturbance between father and son. During an argument, police reported, Rivero shoved the victim and punched a kitchen table. Rivero was given a court date of Feb. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

DOROTHY CROCKER, 48, of 21 Highland Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 2 with two counts of failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Feb. 2 at approximately 6:45 p.m. Crocker was arrested on two active arrest warrants. Crocker was given a court date of Feb. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a total $513 cash bond.
