MANTARIUS HALL, 25, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 9 with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass in the first degree.

Police reported on Jan. 9 at approximately 10:47 a.m. officers responded to 933 Rubber Ave. 8J for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Hall arrived and entered the victim’s home without permission. The victim locked herself in a bedroom and Hall began banging on the door, police reported. Hall left prior to the officers’ arrival. Hall was given a court date of Jan. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

JONATHAN SHAROH, 21, of 12 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 10 with larceny in the sixth degree and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Jan. 10 at approximately 9:56 p.m. officers responded to 12 Aetna St. for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Sharoh took the victim’s cell phone. When the police arrived, Sharoh refused to return the phone and refused to allow the officers into the apartment, police reported. Sharoh was given a court date of Jan. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

BARBARA SCOTT, 60, of 74 Cotton Hollow Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 10 with failure to drive in proper lane and evading responsibility motor vehicle.

Police reported on Jan. 10 at approximately 4:50 p.m. Scott was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle accident reported on Dec. 8, 2013 on High Street. Scott struck a parked vehicle and left the scene of the accident, police reported. Scott was given a court date of Jan. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ANA QUENTAL, 23, of 67 City Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 10 with larceny in the sixth degree.

Police reported on Jan. 10 at approximately 8:43 p.m. Quental was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on Dec. 3, 2013 at YoCrunch. Quental stole a gift card from an employee, police reported. The gift card was taken from the employee’s locker, police reported. Quental was given a court date of Jan. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $100 cash bond.

RACHEL COLETTE, 20, of 157 Minverva St., Derby, was charged Jan. 10 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 10 at approximately 5:30 p.m. Colette turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a disturbance reported on Dec. 22, 2013 on High Street. Police reported Colette was under the influence of narcotics running on High Street shouting disturbing the neighbors. Colette was given a court date of Jan. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

THOMAS FOGARTY, 36, of 100 City Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 10 with threatening and harassment in the second degree.

Police reported on Jan. 10 at approximately 5:42 p.m. Fogarty turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a threatening complaint made on Jan. 4, 2014. Police reported Fogarty called the victim and threatened the harm her. The victim is a girlfriend to Fogarty, police reported. Fogarty was given a court date of Jan. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $10,000 cash bond.

RONALD P. LAGRAVE, 52, of 976 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 11 with driving under the influence, traveling unreasonably fast and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 11 at approximately 12:10 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined LaGrave was operating under the influence of alcohol. LaGrave was given a court date of Jan. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

Police reported on Jan. 11 police responded to 976 New Haven Road for a report of a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, LaGrave grabbed the victim by her arms and shook her violently. LaGrave was given a court date of Jan. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JULIE WHITCHER-OTT, 35, of 284 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 11 with larceny in the third degree.

Police reported on Jan. 11 at approximately 4:05 p.m. Whitcher-Ott was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint made on Oct. 5, 2013. Police reported Whitcher-Ott purchased a Jeep Cherokee from an acquaintance and paid the victim only half the money and took possession of the Jeep. Whitcher-Ott was given a court date of Jan. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $500 cash bond.

PHILIP SEMON, 17, of 15 City Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 11 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Jan. 11 at approximately 3:03 p.m. Semon was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Semon was given a court date of Jan. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $103 court-set cash bond.

KAREN LEE, 51, of 65 Celentano Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 11 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Jan. 11 at approximately 4:28 p.m. Lee was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Lee was given a court date of Jan. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $150 court-set cash bond.

KYLE MURPHY, 29, of 281 North Hoadley St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 11 with driving under the influence and failure to obey control signal.

Police reported on Jan. 11 at approximately 5:37 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Murphy was operating under the influence of alcohol. Murphy was given a court date of Jan. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JOHN BUTLER, 19, of 424 Quinn St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 11 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Jan. 11 at approximately 5:22 p.m. Butler was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Butler was given a court date of Jan. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $103 court-set cash bond.

FRANK ROSE, 21, of 23 Woodbine St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 11 with failure to appear in the first degree.

Police reported on Jan. 11 at approximately 6:40 p.m. Rose was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Rose was given a court date of Jan. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 court-set cash bond.

DAVID LEPESKA, 19, of 53 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 11 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Jan. 11 at approximately 9:55 p.m. Lepeska was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Butler was given a court date of Jan. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $103 court-set cash bond.

ANDREW SZCZYGIEL, 33, of 41 Pond View Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 12 with forgery in the second degree.

Police reported on Jan. 12 at approximately 4:03 p.m. Szczygiel was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a forgery complaint made on Oct. 16, 2013. Police reported Szczygiel signed the victim’s name to a contract without permission. The contract was for a web site Szczygiel was supposed to build for the victim in exchange for a sound card, police reported. Szczygiel was given a court date of Jan. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

JOSEPH GUARINI, 48, of 214 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 12 with driving under the influence, reckless driving and failure to drive right.

Police reported on Jan. 12 at approximately 3:28 p.m. Guarini turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle accident reported on Nov. 19, 2013 on North Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Guarini was operating under the influence of alcohol. Guarini was given a court date of Jan. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

JIVON WILLIAMS, 18, of 354 Longhill Road, Waterbury, was charged Jan. 12 with larceny in the sixth degree.

SANDRA RODRIGUEZ, 30, of 49 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 12 with driving under the influence and failure to keep right.

Police reported on Jan. 12 at approximately 1:45 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Salem Bridge. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Rodriguez was operating under the influence of alcohol. Rodriguez was given a court date of Jan. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MICHAEL PRANULIS, 24, of 36 Winthrop Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 12 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on Jan. 12 at approximately 6:01 p.m. Pranulis was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Pranulis was given a court date of Jan. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $150 cash bond.

JOHN BALZANO, 66, of 44 Windview Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 12 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 12 at approximately 11:52 p.m. officers responded to 44 Windview Drive for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Balzano grabbed the victim. Balzano was given a court date of Jan. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

ANTHONY CORBO, 26, of 37 Cornelius Ave., Waterbury, was charged Jan. 13 with driving under the influence and improper muffler.

Police reported on Jan. 13 at approximately 5:08 p.m. officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Corbo was operating under the influence of alcohol. Corbo was given a court date of Jan. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MARCOS ROMAN, 23, of 343 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 13 with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Jan. 13 at approximately 9:54 p.m. Roman turned himself in on active arrest warrants. Roman was given a court date of Jan. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a total court-set $1,500 cash bond.

DYLAN MONEM, 25, of 78 Fox Run Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 14 with driving under the influence, failure to obey control signal, failure to keep right and making an improper turn.

Police reported on Jan. 14 at approximately 1:47 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Salem Bridge. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Monem was operating under the influence of alcohol. Monem was given a court date of Jan. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.
