Police-badgeThe Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

LISA BRITT, 29, of 150 Cannal St., New Haven, was charged Jan. 4 with larceny in the sixth degree.

Police reported on Jan. 4 at approximately 7:45 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Britt stole merchandise worth $135.12. Britt was given a court date of Jan. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

ANTHONY COPPOLA, 44, of 116 Longmeadow Drive, Waterbury, was charged Jan. 4 with breach of peace, risk of injury to child and assault in the third degree.

Police reported on Jan. 4 at approximately 11:41 p.m. officers responded to Prospect Street for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Coppola pushed the victim and slapped her. The incident occurred with their child present, police reported. Coppola was given a court date of Jan. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

STACEY ANDERSON, 32, of 25 Thorson Road, Oxford, was charged Jan. 5 with driving under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast.

Police reported on Jan. 5 at approximately 1:59 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Rubber Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Anderson was operating under the influence of alcohol. Anderson was given a court date of Jan. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

DANIEL PERRELLI, 33, of 151 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 5 with assault in the third degree, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Jan. 5 at approximately 8:35 p.m. officers responded to 151 Andrew Ave. apt. 50 for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Perrelli pushed the victim and held her down. When being placed under arrest Perrelli pushed the officer, police reported. Perrelli was given a court date of Jan. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

DUANE HEADY, 50, of 629 Broad St., Meriden, was charged Jan. 6 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Jan. 6 at approximately 11:13 a.m. officers responded to 59 Haggerty Court for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument outside the home, police reported, Heady pulled her hair and pushed her. Heady was given a court date of Jan. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

WAYNE ZABILSKI, 35, of 174 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 7 with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Police reported on Jan. 7 at approximately 2:53 p.m. officers responded to 174 Prospect St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Zabilski pushed the victim. When the victim called the police, Zabilski tried to take the phone from the victim, police reported. Zabilski was given a court date of Jan. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

TIMOTHY GORMAN, 47, of 17 Klein Drive, Prospect, was charged Jan. 7 with driving under the influence, operation of motor vehicle under suspension and stop sign violation.

Police reported on Jan. 7 at approximately 10:09 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Prospect Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Gorman was operating under the influence of alcohol. Gorman was given a court date of Jan. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

NINA ALTIERI, 33, of 1013 Weid Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 8 with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Jan. 8 at approximately 8:08 a.m. Altieri was arrested on two active arrest warrants. Altieri was given a court date of Jan. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a total $350 court-set cash bond.

THOMAS FOGARTY, 36, of 528 Wood Ave., Bridgeport, was charged Jan. 8 with burglary in the third degree, larceny in the fourth degree, conspiracy to commit burglary in the third degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the fourth degree.

Police reported on Jan. 8 at approximately 9:50 p.m. Fogarty was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a burglary complaint made on Sept. 15, 2013. Police reported Fogarty stole a Mikita cordless drill, Mikita skill saw, saw zall, impact gun and other tools from the victim’s home. Fogarty was given a court date of Jan. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 surety bond.

RAMSEY PERRY, 32, of 32B Congress St., Hartford, was charged Jan. 8 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Jan. 8 at approximately 10:34 a.m. Perry was arrested on an active arrest warrant at court. Perry was given a court date of Jan. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

JACOB HAFFORD, 33, of 119 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 8 with driving under the influence and traveling at an unreasonable speed.

Police reported on Jan. 8 at approximately 7:54 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Prospect Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Hafford was operating under the influence of alcohol. Hafford was given a court date of Jan. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

FRANCES MCCLINTICK, 45, of 75 Goodyear Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 8 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 8 at approximately 9:05 p.m. officers responded to 75 Goodyear Ave. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Mcclintick hit her boyfriend with a metal rod. Mcclintick was given a court date of Jan. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

KENNETH PERRY, 37, of 37 City Hill Court, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 8 with disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree and risk of injury to child.

Police reported on Jan. 8 at approximately 10:07 p.m. officers responded to 67 City Hill Court for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Perry hit the victim. The incident occurred with a child present, police reported. Perry was given a court date of Jan. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

THOMAS HUBBELL, 47, of 70 Cold Spring Circle, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 8 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 8 at approximately 9:05 p.m. officers responded to 75 Goodyear Ave. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Hubbell pushed his girlfriend into a wall then onto a couch. Hubbell was given a court date of Jan. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

THOMAS FOGARTY, 36, of 100 City Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 8 with failure to appear in the first degree.

Police reported on Jan. 8 at approximately 9:50 p.m. Fogarty was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Fogarty was given a court date of Jan. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $500 cash bond.

MICHAEL DESANTIS, 38, of 39 Waterbury Road, Prospect, was charged Jan. 9 with larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy at larceny in the sixth degree.

Police reported on Jan. 9 an officer responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Desantis, with another suspect, stole $133.58 worth of merchandise from the store. Desantis was given a court date of Jan. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

JASON CASTRO, 33, of 145 Phoenix Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 9 with larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy at larceny in the sixth degree.

Police reported on Jan. 9 an officer responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Castro, with another suspect, stole $133.58 worth of merchandise from the store. Castro was given a court date of Jan. 22 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
